PA gives pre-Oslo prisoners a new grant to “reward their sacrifice”

“During its weekly meeting, convened yesterday [Sept. 3, 2013] in Ramallah and chaired by Dr. Rami Hamdallah, Prime Minister of the transitional [Palestinian] government… the government decided to give prisoners imprisoned before [the] Oslo [Accords] who were recently released, a grant as reward for them and their sacrifice, which will provide them with a fair and suitable standard of living.”
