The cartoon shows a figure representing the UN waving Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloody hands in the air as a sign of victory. At their feet are skulls and bones of Palestinians, one of the skulls holding a Palestinian flag. The cartoon refers to the election in June 2016 of Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon as chairman of the UN Legal Committee, which deals with all of the UN’s legal activities, and coordinates its fight against terror.
