Fatah spokesman calls terrorist murderers “Martyrs,” says Palestinian violence is “natural response” to Israeli policies

Headline: “Alayan: The operation (i.e., terror attack, 1 killed) in Jerusalem proves that the occupation cannot force a security solution with the Palestinians”
“Official Fatah Spokesman in occupied Jerusalem Raafat Alayan stated that the Israeli occupation’s violations against the Palestinian people, especially in occupied Jerusalem, can only lead to more resistance and more attacks by our people, who refuse the occupation in all its forms. Alayan noted that the Palestinian people cannot accept the Israeli violations in the holy city – the continued invasions of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the demolition of homes, the arrests, the attacks against citizens and women, the distancing of Jerusalem residents from Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and holding onto additional Martyrs’ bodies – and it cannot be that they will pass without natural responses… Alayan added that the Israeli occupation cannot achieve security for its people as long as the occupation continues, and emphasized that there are no security solutions with the Palestinians, as the only solution is the end of the occupation. [Official] Fatah Spokesman in occupied Jerusalem Raafat Alayan eulogized the Martyrs from Qabatiya (who carried out an attack at the Damascus Gate on Feb. 3, 2016, killing 1, and injuring 1 –Ed.) and all of the Martyrs who have succeeded in overpowering the Israeli security system despite all the security measures. He emphasized that the mass uprising cannot be stopped until we accomplish our hope: the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.”
