He commanded special operations against the Zionist intelligence throughout the world, and the sending of explosive packages from Amsterdam to many agents of the Mossad (i.e., Israeli Secret Intelligence Service) in European capitals. His name was linked to the famous operation in Munich (i.e., terror attack, 11 murdered)
[Former Israeli Prime Minister] Golda Meir was attributed with the statement: ‘Find this animal and kill him (sic., PMW could find no record of such a quote).’”

The video features pictures of terrorist Hassan Ali Salameh. At the end of the video it is noted that it was produced by the Fatah Commission for Mobilization and Organization.

Fatah Deputy Chairman in interview: “The American administrations have not given the Palestinians anything of substance”
Source: Al-Quds Al-Arabi (London newspaper), Jan. 20, 2018
Excerpt of the full text of an interview conducted by the London newspaper Al-Quds Al-Arabi with Fatah Deputy Chairman and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul

Headline: “Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman Mahmoud Al-Aloul: We will not confront the Arab countries that are going in the direction of normalization [with Israel], we will leave that to their peoples”
Q: ‘Had you known in advance, would you have recommended to him [Abbas] to use this expression [“may your house be destroyed”]?’
[Al-Aloul:] 'Maybe I would have recommended to him to use other stronger expressions. I don’t know why the expression is being focused upon. It expresses the feelings and level of disappointment, and this is most clear in this context. Recently we were forced to review all of our relations with the American administrations in recent years, and not just the Trump administration. We assessed that nothing good will come from them for the Palestinian people and the nation, and this is completely clear.'
Q: ‘Is that your assessment or the assessment of the Palestinian leadership?’
[Al-Aloul:] 'It is the assessment of the entire Palestinian leadership. If we review the relations with all of the American administrations, we see that they have not given the Palestinians anything of substance but rather worked in order to pull the rug out from under their feet by exerting pressures on them, and that with all their might they support [the Palestinians’] enemy that is occupying their lands.'

Abbas’ Deputy glorifies terrorist murderers, calling them “the symbols of the Palestinian struggle”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 15, 2018
Headline: “36 years and the oath is an oath to prisoners Karim and Maher Younes”

“The participants in the event, which the [PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs held yesterday [Jan. 14, 2018] in cooperation with the Ramallah and El-Bireh District and the [PA-funded] Prisoners’ Club, renewed the oath and loyalty to prisoners Karim and Maher Younes (i.e., terrorists, murdered 1) for the beginning of their 36th year in the occupation’s prisons.
Fatah Movement Central Committee member and Fatah Deputy Chairman Mahmoud Al-Aloul said in a speech on behalf of [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas that prisoners Karim and Maher Younes constitute a national example of the resolve of the members of our people against the Israeli occupation.
He also added that the Younes prisoners constitute one of the symbols of the Palestinian struggle, they and the thousands of prisoners who have paid and are still paying a heavy price for the freedom of their people.
District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam said that the prisoners have sacrificed their lives for Palestine, and we must all stand by them and help their relatives until their release from prison.”

Karim and Maher Younes - Israeli Arabs, cousins who are each serving 40-year sentences for kidnapping and murdering Israeli soldier Avraham Bromberg in 1980. They were originally sentenced to life in prison, but Israeli President Shimon Peres reduced their sentences in 2012. In May 2017 Karim Younes was appointed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to the Fatah Central Committee.
Fatah deputy chairman: “Nothing has come from the US but troubles for the Arab nation and the Palestinian people”

Official PA TV program State of Politics, hosting Fatah Deputy Chairman and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul

Fatah Deputy Chairman and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “Now, what’s the story? We must s eriously return to our story with the Americans. I’ll tell you something, and everyone needs to know this very clearly… ‘But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you’ (Quran, Sura 2:216, Sahih International translation). This is an opportunity for us to get into an argument with the USA. If someone has an illusion or belief that the US – up till now – that something good might come from it to the Palestinian people or to the Arab nation – let them come debate us. The matter has been clarified. Nothing has come from the US but troubles for the Arab nation and the Palestinian people... Let someone examine the connection with the US, not just with [US President Donald] Trump [but rather with] all of the American administrations that have come one after the other... Let whoever has something to say [backing the claim] that something good has come from the Americans over the years for us [Palestinians] and for the Arab nation - whoever has something [backing this claim], let them come and say, ‘Here we are!’ Let them tell me what has come from the Americans in the years that have passed. Nothing at all! […] For the sake of Jerusalem we have been forced to deal with this challenge that the USA has placed. We ask the people, for Allah’s sake, we beg of you, [pay attention that] our compass [as Arabs] is towards Jerusalem. We have no enemy other than the Israeli occupation and the policy of the USA is a partner to [Israel] in the occupation. This is our main enemy.”

PA TV News quotes Deputy Chairman of Fatah: The Balfour Declaration “is a crime... [and] Britain is committing another crime by celebrating the ominous anniversary”

Official PA TV News, on Fatah’s condemnation of the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration

Official PA TV newsreader: "Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that the Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration) is a crime and an instrument that [led to] the Nakba, and that Britain is committing another crime against our people by celebrating the ominous [100th] anniversary [of the promise]."

The Nakba - i.e., “the catastrophe,” the Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel

The Balfour Declaration of Nov. 2, 1917 was a letter from British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Baron Rothschild stating that “His Majesty's government views with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.” In 1922, the League of Nations adopted this and made the British Mandate “responsible for putting into effect the declaration,” which led to the UN vote in 1947 and the establishment of the State of Israel.

"Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman, [and Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that our people carried out intifada in order to resist the occupation's crimes and the decisions and steps of [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu's government in Jerusalem and at the Al-Aqsa Mosque (refers to Israel placing metal detectors at the Temple Mount following a terror attack there on July 14, 2017, in which 2 Israelis were murdered; see note below. Israel decided to remove them on July 24, 2017 –Ed.), and for its sovereignty and freedom. He also emphasized that the leadership has decided to transfer the matter of [Israeli] settlement to the International Criminal Court.
Al-Aloul added in an interview with Radio Mawtini today, Wednesday [July 26, 2017]: 'Netanyahu and his extremist government do not understand the status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem in the heart of every Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim, and we think that Netanyahu is currently facing intifada and resistance from our people because of his army’s crimes and the extremist steps of his government.''"

Fatah official: “The Israeli occupation is an enemy of the first order;” calls to “protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque” and to “resist the occupation”
Source: Safa, independent news agency, July 22, 2017
"Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman [and Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that the Palestinian decision regarding what is happening in Jerusalem is clear, and it is to freeze all relations with the occupation, in all their forms and types... The Fatah deputy chairman added that the Israeli occupation is an enemy of the first order, and it must not exploit the freezing of Palestinian relations with it in order to punish the Palestinian leadership… Al-Aloul directed a message to the Palestinian people and said: 'Let us all unite around a unified position against the occupation, and we must understand that our basic argument is with the Israeli occupation alone. We must join together to protect our land, our Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our Palestinian people. We hope that the Hamas Movement will respond to the repeated call of the president to end the [Fatah-Hamas] rift, because this moment is a dangerous moment and the moment of truth… Al-Aloul called to resist the occupation, as it is not possible to reach any understandings with it in light of the unfair and ongoing Israeli actions against the members of the Palestinian people. The Fatah Central Committee is the one that led the events yesterday in the West Bank, and it is forbidden to submit to the policy of creating facts on the ground that Israel is imposing on us."

PA officials blame Israel for terror attack on the Temple Mount, following Israeli “policies against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem," including "securing the settlers’ daily invasions” of the Mosque
Source: Ma’an, independent Palestinian news agency, July 16, 2017
“Today, Sunday [July 16, 2017], popular bodies and figures and Jerusalem institutions opposed all of the recent Israeli steps that the occupation forces are attempting to force [through] within the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the plazas of the Noble Sanctuary (i.e., the Temple Mount), and the Old City in occupied Jerusalem (refers to how Israel stationed metal detectors at the entrance to the site in response to a terror attack on the Temple Mount on July 14, 2017 –Ed.). This came as part of a meeting that was described as significant...
In the meeting the following matters were emphasized:
1. The occupation authorities are the ones responsible for the events and actions that have taken place since last Friday (July 14, 2017), which are a product of the occupation’s policies against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem, including securing the settlers’ daily invasions of the Noble Sanctuary, continuing the settlement policy, destroying homes, and imposing exorbitant taxes on the [Arab] civilians of Jerusalem.
2. The Israeli occupation is the one responsible for transferring the confrontation that took place outside the Noble Sanctuary to within it last Friday (i.e., Israel temporarily closed the Temple Mount for two days in response to the attack), which confirms the occupation’s intent to exploit what occurred (i.e., terror attack, 2 murdered) in order to carry out its plans, whose goal is to change the status quo at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

Fatah Deputy Chairman: The establishment of Israel was “greatest crime” and “plot woven by a number of parties”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 16, 2017
Headline: "Nablus: Marking the anniversary of the Nakba by remembering the [hunger] striking prisoners"

"Residents of Nablus yesterday, Monday [May 15, 2017] marked the 69th anniversary of the Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel) of the Palestinian people and its uprooting from its land in 1948.
Fatah Movement Central Committee member [and Fatah Deputy Chairman] Mahmoud Al-Aloul and Nablus District Governor Akram Al-Rajoub participated in the ceremony to mark Nakba Day in the center of Nablus
Al-Aloul said: 'The Nakba event is a memorial day for the greatest crime in history against the Palestinians and the plot woven by a number of parties in order to occupy our land and expel us from it. This is the land of the holy sites, and we will not concede our cause and our struggle to realize the goal of the Palestinian people to return to its homes.'
He added: 'We guard the keys of return and will pass the idea from generation to generation in order to protect the right to adhere to return.’"

Palestinians commemorate Nakba Day on May 15, the day after Israeli Independence Day. On May 15, 1948, combined forces from Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq joined Palestinian Arab forces in an attempt to eradicate the newly-established State of Israel. The Nakba (i.e. "the catastrophe) refers to the displacement of Palestinians that occurred as a result of this Arab war of aggression against Israel.

Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman [and Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul said in an interview with the [independent Palestinian news] agency Wattan that the PA will reject any proposal that demands to stop taking care of the families of the Martyrs, prisoners, and injured through the transfer of monthly financial allowances (mukhassasat). Abbas’ deputy says “resistance in all forms” is a “legal right,” – “all forms” includes the use of violence
Source: Amad, independent Palestinian news website, Apr. 1, 2017
Headline: "Al-Aloul: There is a gap between Fatah and the people, the relations with the occupation must be cut off, and my being chosen as [Fatah] Deputy Chairman is not ‘temporary’"

"[Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul, who was recently chosen as deputy to Palestinian [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas denied that this is an honorary position or a temporary position (i.e., the position was said to be for one year only).
Al-Aloul verified in an interview with the London newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that there are 'gaps between the movement and the Palestinian street.'

The transcript of the interview:

[Q:] You said that the world is waiting to understand [US President Donald] Trump, but can the Palestinians wait any more after 20 years of negotiations? Isn't it necessary to go in a different direction?
[Fatah Deputy Chairman and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul:] Negotiations are necessary in every conflict, here or anywhere else in the world. There is a conflict with this occupation, and this is a bitter conflict that has lasted for years. When we felt the negotiations were absurd, we stopped them. We will manage this conflict in all of its forms.
[Q:] However, you stopped the negotiations without any alternatives. There are those who are calling the resistance the alternative.
[Al-Aloul:] The resistance is legal, and the main points of Fatah's political statement say that the resistance, in all of its forms (i.e., term used by Palestinians to refer to means that included violence), is a legal right. However, each stage has an appropriate form. At this stage, the appropriate form is popular resistance (i.e., Palestinian leaders have used this term to refer to violence -Ed). We see this and are using it.
[Q:] Do you see that popular resistance exists?
[Al-Aloul:] There is present, impre

Abbas’ deputy says PA plans to “confront the occupation” in addition to use of diplomatic means, “Under no circumstances can we adhere to agreements with Israel”
Source: Raya, independent Palestinian news network, Feb. 22, 2017
"A few days after his appointment as deputy chairman of the Fatah Movement, it appears that Mahmoud Al-Aloul is more diplomatic when discussing the complicated topics that [the independent Palestinian news network] Raya brought up in an interview with him, beginning with his appointment as deputy chairman of Fatah, including the political changes that are shaking the region, and concluding with plans for a regional solution, the discussions of which the PA will not be included in…
[Al-Aloul said] that the position of the new American administration will be difficult for the Palestinian leadership, and noted that recently there is no choice but ‘to resist the Israeli violations.'
He said: 'We have entreated our [Arab] brothers who have largely washed their hands of us due to reasons related to them or the illusion the Americans created for them that they constitute a target for Iran and that the US and Israel can protect them.' He added: 'Some of them fell for these illusions, and gave priority to other causes.'
He revealed the fact of the existence of a 'plan' that the leadership will explain in the coming days, which relates to 'widespread political activity, which will be expressed by turning to the UN organizations and the [UN] Security Council and setting in motion the suits at the International Criminal Court against the settlements and the expected steps by the American administration,' in addition to activity on the ground whose goal is to confront the occupation.
Regarding [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas'] allusion to stopping the security coordination [with Israel] in light of the Israeli decisions, and the possibility of taking active steps and not just making threats like many times in the past, Al-Aloul said that they are moving in the direction of 'changing the entire equation in the relations with the occupation.'

“Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman Mahmoud Al-Aloul emphasized that the peaceful popular resistance will continue, and emphasized that the two-state solution is the minimum to which the Palestinians can agree.
Al-Aloul said in a press interview today, Tuesday [Feb. 21, 2017], that ‘The peaceful popular resistance against Israel is an important and basic matter, and it is our option at this stage,’ and noted that sometimes it strengthens and sometimes it weakens.
Al-Aloul said: ‘As long as the Israeli aggression, the pressure, and the occupation’s crimes against the Palestinian people intensify, we must intensify the resistance activity against them.’ He noted that ‘The Israeli crimes are increasing, whether with the construction in the settlements, the land expropriation, the daily executions at the checkpoints, or the harming of the holy sites.’”

If not for the white hair, we would have thought he was Khalil Al-Wazir (i.e., Abu Jihad)… The Zionist press has documented a number of standpoints and statements of his that supported the young people in the stabbing operations and defense of the land against the occupation and settlers as a legal right. He succeeded in winning the trust of the Fatah Movement and was appointed deputy chairman of the movement. Leader Mahmoud Al-Aloul Abu Jihad, may Allah help you and guide you to what is good for Palestine and the fighting people.”

Abu Jihad (Khalil Al-Wazir) was a founder of Fatah and deputy to Yasser Arafat. He headed the PLO terror organization's military wing and also planned many deadly Fatah terror attacks in the 1960’s - 1980’s. These attacks, which killed a total of 125 Israelis, included the most lethal in Israeli history - the hijacking of a bus and killing of 37 civilians, 12 of them children.

Fatah official: The Oslo Accords are dead

Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: (Responding to Hamas’ standpoint calling to cancel the 1993 Oslo Accords) “[The] Oslo [Accords] died a long time ago. Do you see the Israeli side upholding it? This is our basic position, and in the [Seventh Fatah] Conference we declared that we are not obligated to any agreement that the other side is not obligated to and works against.”
Fatah official: "We do not renounce any option, and we believe that resistance in all its forms is a legitimate right"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Nov. 2, 2016
Official PA TV program Going to the Conference, hosting Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul, on the planned Seventh Fatah Conference
Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “Perhaps there are people who think that in the [recent] past the Oslo Accords took place and new and defined strategies were created that were connected to a realistic view of the situation. [However, this occurred] out of consideration for the balance of powers, and not as a strategic change. Some of the people thought that the essence of Fatah had changed, and that its strategy had changed…
Therefore, in the Sixth Fatah Conference - and we will again emphasize this in the political plan of the seventh conference – we passed a resolution that defines the identity [of Fatah], we called it a political declaration, and this declaration opens the political plan: … ‘Despite our adherence to the option of a just peace and our efforts to realize it, we declare that we do not renounce any option, and we believe that resistance in all its forms (i.e., including violence) is a legitimate right of the occupied peoples in their confrontation against the occupiers.’”

The terms "all means," "peaceful uprising,” “popular uprising," and “all forms of resistance” are ‎often used by PA leaders to refer to events that include violence and deadly terror ‎against Israeli civilians such as rock-throwing, stabbings and even shootings. See ‎Mahmoud Abbas' reference to murderous terror as "peaceful" during the 2015-2016 ‎terror wave (“The Knife Intifada”). For more, click "full article."
Fatah official: Shimon Peres was a "murderer and a criminal," Abbas attended his funeral because of international pressure
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Oct. 11, 2016
Official PA TV program State of Politics, hosting Fatah Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul, on the criticism against PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas for attending the funeral of former Israeli President Shimon Peres on Sept. 30, 2016
Fatah Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “Indeed in the last few days there has been a dispute and commotion, and that has a connection to the opposition that is being talked about, opposition to [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas in general], or opposition to his going to the funeral of… [former Israeli President] Shimon Peres, the murderer and the criminal. That is what I say about him: the murderer and the criminal. If I say that he is a murderer and a criminal, that is a different matter [than Abbas’ attendance at the funeral]. I can completely understand the step taken by the president when he went to the funeral. He is the president of the Palestinian people and the responsibility placed on him is different from the responsibility placed on me. I did not go [to the funeral], and I say that he (i.e., Peres) was a criminal. The president [Abbas] is a different matter; the president has different obligations regarding this. The entire world called him. French President [Francois Hollande], who intends to hold the international conference on which we are pinning many hopes, called him. The president has obligations that other people, who are heads of [Palestinian] factions, are free of. However, they have the right to criticize and oppose.”

Official PA TV reporter: “After the occupation’s bulldozers demolished the homes of the three Martyrs from Qabatiya south of Jenin (i.e., terrorists Ahmad Najah Abu Al-Rub, Ahmad Zakarneh, and Muhammad Kmeil), who died after they carried out the Damascus Gate operation (i.e., terrorist attack, 1 murdered) in occupied Jerusalem last February [2015], and [the home of] the prisoner that the occupation government is accusing of providing them with aid (i.e., Bilal Abu Zaid), the [PA] leadership ordered the building of new homes for their families.
It translated these efforts [into actions] by laying a cornerstone for these homes, and announced the start of their construction as [a sign of] loyalty to their sacrifice.”

Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “Since the beginning of the occupation, it is trying to do all it can to carry out crimes like these, to demolish homes in an attempt to distance the Palestinian people from the resistance to this occupation. Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Feb. 1, 2016

Official PA TV News reported on the funeral of terrorist Amjad Al-Sukkari, a Palestinian terrorist who carried out a terror attack next to Beit-El, injuring 3 Israeli soldiers.

Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: "Who told them that this people can keep silent in the face of the crimes being perpetrated? In the face of the burning of Palestinian children, in the face of what is happening in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the expropriation of lands, and the settlements, and the never ending crimes of the occupation? We are proud of our Martyr (Shahid), yes, he is to a great extent our flag."

The image shows an old photo of terrorist Abu Jihad and the Fatah logo for the 51st anniversary of its launch, the number 51 with the number 1 shaped as a map of "Palestine" which includes the PA areas as well as all of Israel.

Intilaqa - the “launch" of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier

Abu Jihad (Khalil Al-Wazir) was a founder of Fatah and deputy to Yasser Arafat. He headed the PLO terror organization's military wing and also planned many deadly Fatah terror attacks. These attacks, which killed a total of 125 Israelis, included the most lethal in Israeli history - the hijacking of a bus and killing of 37 civilians, 12 of them children.

Fatah official: “Only choice” Palestinians have is “popular resistance” (i.e., terror wave)
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 20, 2015
“In an interview with Mawtini Radio yesterday [Dec. 19, 2015], [Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud] Al-Aloul added that the popular resistance against the occupation continues, as the only choice the occupation has left us.”

The terms "all means," "peaceful uprising,” and “popular uprising/resistance" are often used by PA leaders and officials to refer to events that include violent and deadly terror against Israeli civilians such as rock-throwing, stabbings and even shootings. See Mahmoud Abbas' reference to murderous terror as "peaceful" during the 2015-2016 terror wave (“The Knife Intifada”), which included numerous stabbing attacks.

To justify murder as legitimate and “peaceful,” PA leaders and officials cite UN Resolution 3236 which "recognizes the right of the Palestinian people to regain its rights by all means." The PA interprets "all means" as including violence against civilians. However, this distorts the intention of the UN. The continuation of Resolution 3236, which is never cited by PA leaders, states that the use of "all means" should be "in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations..." The UN Charter prohibits targeting civilians, even in war. Chapter 1, Article 1, opens by saying that "international disputes" should be resolved "by peaceful means."

Fatah official calls on Palestinians to increase “all types of popular resistance… because the settlers must be made to live in a state of fear and worry”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 6, 2015
Headline: “Al-Aloul: The Palestinian struggle will not end until the defeat of the occupation”
“Fatah Central Committee member and Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that the Palestinian struggle will not end as long as the Israeli attacks continue, since the peaceful uprising is in response to the Israeli occupation government’s crimes against our people and the sites holy to Islam and Christianity. Al-Aloul emphasized yesterday [Dec. 5, 2015] in an interview with Radio Mawtini that our people will not be silent about the occupation’s crimes, and will continue to resist until freedom and independence are achieved… Al-Aloul called to increase the pressure on the occupation by all types of popular resistance, whether by participation in activities in the field, or by boycotting its products, in addition to the other types in which every Palestinian citizen needs to participate, because the settlers must be made to live in a state of fear and worry.”
Fatah official describes US as a "pest" at a Fatah rally commemorating Arafat
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 17, 2015

Headline: “Fatah’s Nablus [branch] commemorated the anniversary of the Martyrdom of the founder and symbol Yasser Arafat”
“The [Fatah] movement organized a central mourning rally to commemorate the anniversary of the death of Martyr Yasser Arafat, and the declaration of the [Palestinian] document of independence in the village of Beit Furik, in the presence of Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul…
Al-Aloul emphasized that the movement continues on the path of the Palestinian revolution, outlined by Martyr Yasser Arafat and his comrades, and that the rebel’s rifle has not fallen and will not fall, as long as there is an occupation that lies over the land of the homeland.
Al-Aloul clarified that the leadership does not trust the American mediator, who shows, day after day, that it is biased in favor of the occupation state and stands by the abusive occupation at the expense of the oppressed Palestinian people, the victim of the Israeli war and terror mechanism. He also described the US as a ‘pest.’”

Fatah official honors terrorist stabbers, one of whom killed 2, as “Martyrs” and “moons above the foreheads of the free men”

“Martyr (Shahid) after Martyr
Our Martyrs are moons above the foreheads of the free men
[From right to left:]
Martyr Muhannad Shafiq Halabi
Age: 21
Martyr Fadi Samir Alloun
Age:19
Martyr Hudhaifa Othman Suleiman
Age: 18”

Muhannad Halabi killed 2 Israelis, Rabbi Nehemiah Lavi and Aharon Bennett, and injured Bennett’s wife, Adele, and their 2-year-old son in a stabbing attack in the Old City of Jerusalem on Oct. 3, 2015. Following the attack, he was shot and killed by Israeli security forces. Prior to his attack, in a post to his private Facebook page, the terrorist referred to recent terror attacks as part of a "third Intifada,” and said that it was a response to Israel’s actions at the Al-Aqsa Mosque and that the Palestinian people would not “succumb to humiliation.” This is a reference to the PA libel that Israel is plotting to take over and destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque and to the PA's portrayal of Jews praying on the Temple Mount as "an invasion of the Al-Aqsa Mosque"

Fadi Alloun stabbed and injured Israeli citizen Moshe Malka (15) near the Old City in Jerusalem on Oct. 3, 2015. He fled and was shot dead by Israeli police.

Hudhaifa Suleiman was killed on Oct. 4, 2015 in confrontations between rioting Palestinians near Tulkarem and the Israeli army. An Israeli investigation is being conducted following the incident (as of Oct. 8, 2015).

PA: Abbas endorses rock throwing, praises 12 year-old rock thrower
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 3, 2015

Caption: “The president during his meeting with the Al-Tamimi family from Nabi Saleh.”

“President Mahmoud Abbas received yesterday [Sept. 3, 2015] at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, the family of Martyr Muhammad Al-Atrash, who was killed by the Israeli occupation forces at the Tapuach junction, south of Nablus, and the family of youth Muhammad Al-Tamimi, whom the Israeli occupation forces attacked and tried to arrest in the village of Nabi Saleh, west of Ramallah. The president offered his condolences to the Martyr’s (Shahid) family and stressed that these recurring crimes against the Palestinian people will not go unpunished…
During the reception for the family of the child Muhammad Al-Tamimi, the president praised the courage of the Al-Tamimi family and the way it faces the tyranny of the occupation and the attacks of its soldiers. In addition, he stressed that this proves the extent of the devotion of the Palestinian people to its land.
The president stressed that peaceful popular resistance (reference to rock throwing –Ed.) against the occupier is a powerful weapon in the hands of the Palestinian people, which exposes the falsity of the occupation, and shows to the whole world its barbarity, and the right of our people to self-definition, and to the establishment of an independent state like the rest of the peoples of the world.”

Fatah official: Fatah believes in "resistance in all its forms," which includes "armed resistance"
Source: Al-Quds Al-Arabi (London newspaper), Aug. 10, 2015
“[Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul revealed in an interview to Al-Quds Al-Arabi that the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, will remain at the head of the movement in the near future. Likewise, he emphasized that the political program which the approaching Seventh General Conference of the [Fatah] movement will adopt the option of resistance in all its forms to confront the occupation...
Al-Quds Al-Arabi asked if Fatah will make any changes to the political plan that the Sixth Conference adopted in 2009. Al-Aloul stressed that the program will almost certainly go through a ‘development process,’ but that its essence will not change. He added: ‘The political program will be developed, but we will retain the political declaration that appeared in the introduction to the program in the previous conference. Regarding this, he emphasized that the Fatah movement will continue to define itself in its program and in its internal charter as a ’national liberation movement which is fighting for the liberation and independence of its people.’ Likewise, he stressed that the political program will emphasize that the Fatah movement ‘believes in resistance in all its forms as part of the plan to confront the occupation.’ From Al-Aloul’s words it can be understood that Fatah, which has adopted the option of armed resistance since the 60s of the previous century, has still not abandoned this option, despite the fact that at the moment it is implementing the option of ‘popular resistance.’

Libel in PA daily: Rabbis are inciting settlers to “carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank and within the Green Line”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Mar. 25, 2015
Headline: “Settlers plan suicide attacks in the West Bank”

“Officers and top officials in the Israeli Secret Service revealed that the settler rabbis have prepared settlers to carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank and within the Green Line. Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul rejected the possibility that the settlers would carry out such operations due to a lack of ‘motives and cause’ that would push them to do that. High ranking officials in the Israeli Secret Service said: ‘Extreme rabbis are preparing and inciting settlers in the religious schools to carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians.’ According to what was published on the Hebrew website Central Issues (i.e., not clear what website is intended), the Israeli Secret Service has [details about] between 20 and 30 settlers who are being prepared to carry out suicide attacks, and some of them live in settlements in the West Bank while the others live in Jerusalem.”
Fatah leadership seeks “the cancellation of all agreements” between Israel and the PA

“Fatah Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that this coming month would be a month of fervent struggle against the occupation, since President Mahmoud Abbas has clearly said that the current situation is untenable, and emphasized the need to change course. In addition, he [Al-Aloul] noted that the Arab foreign ministers would meet President Abbas on the 29th to discuss possible options. During a conference organized by Fatah and the national activity factions under the heading ‘Symbol and Course,’ held under the patronage of Tulkarem District Governor Abdullah Kamil and in tandem with the tenth anniversary of the Martyrdom (Shahada) of President Yasser Arafat and the presentation of the declaration of independence, Al-Aloul added: ‘The leadership will continue its appeal to the [UN] Security Council to set a timetable for ending the occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. In addition, measures will be taken tos deepen the confrontation with the occupation, by confronting all the violations afflicting our people, toward the cancellation of all agreements [between the PA and Israel].’”
Fatah official: Abbas was right to call on ‎Palestinians to defend Al-Aqsa Mosque
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Nov. 9, 2014
Official PA TV program The State of ‎Politics hosted Fatah Central Committee ‎member Mahmoud Al-Aloul on his ‎reactions to the accusations levelled at ‎him by Benjamin Netanyahu on ‎Mahmoud Abbas’ intentional incitement to ‎violence. ‎
Fatah Central Committee member ‎Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “President Mahmoud ‎Abbas has no [other] option. First of all, ‎this is his choice and he has no other. He ‎sees his people being massacred, his ‎people’s children being killed – what does ‎he want? Indeed: President Mahmoud ‎Abbas has, on dozens of occasions, ‎openly and explicitly called on the ‎Palestinian people to defend Al-Aqsa. ‎Indeed: during the Gaza War and the war ‎in the West Bank, Hebron and Jerusalem, ‎he declared it was our responsibility to ‎defend our people. It is absolutely ‎impossible to abandon this issue. Will we ‎allow the criminal occupation to carry out ‎all its crimes against the Palestinian ‎people, and not act? [Prime Minister ‎Benjamin] Netanyahu claimed -that, as a ‎result of President Mahmoud Abbas’ ‎statements, there is violence on the ‎Palestinian side aimed against the Israeli ‎side. Is this the [only] side he [Netanyahu] ‎sees? Doesn’t he see the violence on the ‎side of the settlers and his army against ‎the Palestinian side?... Indeed: Mahmoud ‎Abbas is the President of this people and ‎the leader of its resistance, in the sense ‎that he cannot do otherwise than call on ‎the people to defend its holy places. There ‎is no international law Netanyahu and his ‎henchmen can find to prevent this. ‎Indeed, we will all oppose this, both ‎politically and on the ground.”‎

Fatah official confirms: Change from PA "Ministry" to PLO "Commission" is a ploy to avoid donor pressure to stop prisoners' salaries
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 11, 2014
"At a press conference he organized at the Fatah faction headquarters in Ramallah yesterday, [Fatah Central Committee member Azzam] Al-Ahmad told Al-Hayat Al-Jadida that 'the decision to close the Ministry of Information was made in the past and will soon be implemented.' In addition, he said that it had been decided to transform the Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs into a commission subordinate to the PLO, in the wake of international pressure aimed at preventing the payments to the prisoners in the occupation...
Al-Ahmad rejected the attempts to cast doubt on the leadership's position regarding support of the prisoners, and said: 'We stopped the negotiations after Israel refused to release the last group of prisoners, and they are the "apple of our eye."'
Al-Ahmad noted that in the past, problems had arisen with donor countries regarding the aid to the Martyrs' families, and that their files had therefore been transferred to the PLO. He added: 'In recent months, there have been attempts on the part of the donors to exert pressure [on us] to stop the payments to the prisoners in the occupation prisons, causing us to transfer the issue of the prisoners back to the prisoners' and Martyrs' (Shahids') original mother [organization] (the PLO) [parenthesis in source].'
He noted that the national efforts must lead to getting rid of the Oslo Accords and their results, and said: 'We don't want any council, government or chairman based on the Oslo Accords; we want a state president, a state parliament and a state government. Even if they try to prevent us from [achieving] this, we have original solutions.'

“Oh soil of my land, explode
My wound will avenge! [...]
Arise mother, go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
Oh hills of Jerusalem, arise and declare: ‘We will cross to Haifa, to Jaffa, we will crush the occupier,
We will break [it]
Arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
Sister, prepare the shrouds, and set up my body as a bridge
Teach my nation’s children that under the ruins there is a dagger
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
In every line, history wrote down acts of glory with our blood
So go, do not leave our territory,
For tomorrow [the battle of] Khaibar will be strong [Khaibar is the name of last Jewish village defeated by Muhammad’s army and it marked the end of Jewish presence in Arabia in 628.]
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
In Allah’s way we hasten, His promise is victory with His support
Our blood is in Al-Aqsa –
how can we be defeated by Zion? [...]
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated.”
