“Martyr (Shahid) after Martyr
Our Martyrs are moons above the foreheads of the free men
[From right to left:]
Martyr Muhannad Shafiq Halabi
Age: 21
Martyr Fadi Samir Alloun
Age:19
Martyr Hudhaifa Othman Suleiman
Age: 18”

Muhannad Halabi killed 2 Israelis, Rabbi Nehemiah Lavi and Aharon Bennett, and injured Bennett’s wife, Adele, and their 2-year-old son in a stabbing attack in the Old City of Jerusalem on Oct. 3, 2015. Following the attack, he was shot and killed by Israeli security forces. Prior to his attack, in a post to his private Facebook page, the terrorist referred to recent terror attacks as part of a "third Intifada,” and said that it was a response to Israel’s actions at the Al-Aqsa Mosque and that the Palestinian people would not “succumb to humiliation.” This is a reference to the PA libel that Israel is plotting to take over and destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque and to the PA's portrayal of Jews praying on the Temple Mount as "an invasion of the Al-Aqsa Mosque"

Fadi Alloun stabbed and injured Israeli citizen Moshe Malka (15) near the Old City in Jerusalem on Oct. 3, 2015. He fled and was shot dead by Israeli police.

Hudhaifa Suleiman was killed on Oct. 4, 2015 in confrontations between rioting Palestinians near Tulkarem and the Israeli army. An Israeli investigation is being conducted following the incident (as of Oct. 8, 2015).

PA: Abbas endorses rock throwing, praises 12 year-old rock thrower
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 3, 2015

Caption: “The president during his meeting with the Al-Tamimi family from Nabi Saleh.”

“President Mahmoud Abbas received yesterday [Sept. 3, 2015] at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, the family of Martyr Muhammad Al-Atrash, who was killed by the Israeli occupation forces at the Tapuach junction, south of Nablus, and the family of youth Muhammad Al-Tamimi, whom the Israeli occupation forces attacked and tried to arrest in the village of Nabi Saleh, west of Ramallah. The president offered his condolences to the Martyr’s (Shahid) family and stressed that these recurring crimes against the Palestinian people will not go unpunished…
During the reception for the family of the child Muhammad Al-Tamimi, the president praised the courage of the Al-Tamimi family and the way it faces the tyranny of the occupation and the attacks of its soldiers. In addition, he stressed that this proves the extent of the devotion of the Palestinian people to its land.
The president stressed that peaceful popular resistance (reference to rock throwing –Ed.) against the occupier is a powerful weapon in the hands of the Palestinian people, which exposes the falsity of the occupation, and shows to the whole world its barbarity, and the right of our people to self-definition, and to the establishment of an independent state like the rest of the peoples of the world.”

Fatah official: Fatah believes in "resistance in all its forms," which includes "armed resistance"
Source: Al-Quds Al-Arabi (London newspaper), Aug. 10, 2015
“[Fatah Central Committee member] Mahmoud Al-Aloul revealed in an interview to Al-Quds Al-Arabi that the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, will remain at the head of the movement in the near future. Likewise, he emphasized that the political program which the approaching Seventh General Conference of the [Fatah] movement will adopt the option of resistance in all its forms to confront the occupation...
Al-Quds Al-Arabi asked if Fatah will make any changes to the political plan that the Sixth Conference adopted in 2009. Al-Aloul stressed that the program will almost certainly go through a ‘development process,’ but that its essence will not change. He added: ‘The political program will be developed, but we will retain the political declaration that appeared in the introduction to the program in the previous conference. Regarding this, he emphasized that the Fatah movement will continue to define itself in its program and in its internal charter as a ’national liberation movement which is fighting for the liberation and independence of its people.’ Likewise, he stressed that the political program will emphasize that the Fatah movement ‘believes in resistance in all its forms as part of the plan to confront the occupation.’ From Al-Aloul’s words it can be understood that Fatah, which has adopted the option of armed resistance since the 60s of the previous century, has still not abandoned this option, despite the fact that at the moment it is implementing the option of ‘popular resistance.’

Libel in PA daily: Rabbis are inciting settlers to “carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank and within the Green Line”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Mar. 25, 2015
Headline: “Settlers plan suicide attacks in the West Bank”

“Officers and top officials in the Israeli Secret Service revealed that the settler rabbis have prepared settlers to carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank and within the Green Line. Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul rejected the possibility that the settlers would carry out such operations due to a lack of ‘motives and cause’ that would push them to do that. High ranking officials in the Israeli Secret Service said: ‘Extreme rabbis are preparing and inciting settlers in the religious schools to carry out suicide attacks against Palestinians.’ According to what was published on the Hebrew website Central Issues (i.e., not clear what website is intended), the Israeli Secret Service has [details about] between 20 and 30 settlers who are being prepared to carry out suicide attacks, and some of them live in settlements in the West Bank while the others live in Jerusalem.”
Fatah leadership seeks “the cancellation of all agreements” between Israel and the PA
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 25, 2014
“Fatah Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul said that this coming month would be a month of fervent struggle against the occupation, since President Mahmoud Abbas has clearly said that the current situation is untenable, and emphasized the need to change course. In addition, he [Al-Aloul] noted that the Arab foreign ministers would meet President Abbas on the 29th to discuss possible options. During a conference organized by Fatah and the national activity factions under the heading ‘Symbol and Course,’ held under the patronage of Tulkarem District Governor Abdullah Kamil and in tandem with the tenth anniversary of the Martyrdom (Shahada) of President Yasser Arafat and the presentation of the declaration of independence, Al-Aloul added: ‘The leadership will continue its appeal to the [UN] Security Council to set a timetable for ending the occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. In addition, measures will be taken tos deepen the confrontation with the occupation, by confronting all the violations afflicting our people, toward the cancellation of all agreements [between the PA and Israel].’”
Fatah official: Abbas was right to call on ‎Palestinians to defend Al-Aqsa Mosque
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Nov. 9, 2014
Official PA TV program The State of ‎Politics hosted Fatah Central Committee ‎member Mahmoud Al-Aloul on his ‎reactions to the accusations levelled at ‎him by Benjamin Netanyahu on ‎Mahmoud Abbas’ intentional incitement to ‎violence. ‎
Fatah Central Committee member ‎Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “President Mahmoud ‎Abbas has no [other] option. First of all, ‎this is his choice and he has no other. He ‎sees his people being massacred, his ‎people’s children being killed – what does ‎he want? Indeed: President Mahmoud ‎Abbas has, on dozens of occasions, ‎openly and explicitly called on the ‎Palestinian people to defend Al-Aqsa. ‎Indeed: during the Gaza War and the war ‎in the West Bank, Hebron and Jerusalem, ‎he declared it was our responsibility to ‎defend our people. It is absolutely ‎impossible to abandon this issue. Will we ‎allow the criminal occupation to carry out ‎all its crimes against the Palestinian ‎people, and not act? [Prime Minister ‎Benjamin] Netanyahu claimed -that, as a ‎result of President Mahmoud Abbas’ ‎statements, there is violence on the ‎Palestinian side aimed against the Israeli ‎side. Is this the [only] side he [Netanyahu] ‎sees? Doesn’t he see the violence on the ‎side of the settlers and his army against ‎the Palestinian side?... Indeed: Mahmoud ‎Abbas is the President of this people and ‎the leader of its resistance, in the sense ‎that he cannot do otherwise than call on ‎the people to defend its holy places. There ‎is no international law Netanyahu and his ‎henchmen can find to prevent this. ‎Indeed, we will all oppose this, both ‎politically and on the ground.”‎

Fatah official confirms: Change from PA "Ministry" to PLO "Commission" is a ploy to avoid donor pressure to stop prisoners' salaries
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 11, 2014
"At a press conference he organized at the Fatah faction headquarters in Ramallah yesterday, [Fatah Central Committee member Azzam] Al-Ahmad told Al-Hayat Al-Jadida that 'the decision to close the Ministry of Information was made in the past and will soon be implemented.' In addition, he said that it had been decided to transform the Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs into a commission subordinate to the PLO, in the wake of international pressure aimed at preventing the payments to the prisoners in the occupation...
Al-Ahmad rejected the attempts to cast doubt on the leadership's position regarding support of the prisoners, and said: 'We stopped the negotiations after Israel refused to release the last group of prisoners, and they are the "apple of our eye."'
Al-Ahmad noted that in the past, problems had arisen with donor countries regarding the aid to the Martyrs' families, and that their files had therefore been transferred to the PLO. He added: 'In recent months, there have been attempts on the part of the donors to exert pressure [on us] to stop the payments to the prisoners in the occupation prisons, causing us to transfer the issue of the prisoners back to the prisoners' and Martyrs' (Shahids') original mother [organization] (the PLO) [parenthesis in source].'
He noted that the national efforts must lead to getting rid of the Oslo Accords and their results, and said: 'We don't want any council, government or chairman based on the Oslo Accords; we want a state president, a state parliament and a state government. Even if they try to prevent us from [achieving] this, we have original solutions.'

Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul posted a link to the following song on his personal Facebook page:
“Oh soil of my land, explode
My wound will avenge! [...]
Arise mother, go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
Oh hills of Jerusalem, arise and declare: ‘We will cross to Haifa, to Jaffa, we will crush the occupier,
We will break [it]
Arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
Sister, prepare the shrouds, and set up my body as a bridge
Teach my nation’s children that under the ruins there is a dagger
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
In every line, history wrote down acts of glory with our blood
So go, do not leave our territory,
For tomorrow [the battle of] Khaibar will be strong [Khaibar is the name of last Jewish village defeated by Muhammad’s army and it marked the end of Jewish presence in Arabia in 628.]
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated
In Allah’s way we hasten, His promise is victory with His support
Our blood is in Al-Aqsa –
how can we be defeated by Zion? [...]
And arise mother and go, and cry ‘Allah is great’ –
Zion will be defeated, Zion will be defeated.”
