Fatah official: 90% of the “Martyrs” are from Fatah, Hamas should be more “present” in the field (i.e., carry out terror attacks)
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 14, 2016
Official PA TV program The State of Politics hosted Fatah Central Committee member, Commissioner for Diaspora Branches, and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen

Fatah Central Committee member, Commissioner for Diaspora Branches, and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen: “They [Hamas] talk about resistance. What is happening today? Today there is a struggle on two fronts. There is the struggle in the field, by the popular resistance, and I say that 90 percent of the Martyrs (Shahids) are from Fatah. I say to Abu Marzouq (a senior member of Hamas –Ed.) that 90 percent of the Martyrs are from Fatah, and I would like Hamas to be present in the popular uprising in the field, matching its size. Hamas’ presence does not match its size.”

Fatah Central Committee member: Israel steals organs from “Martyrs” and forbids Palestinians to do autopsies
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Dec. 27, 2015

Official PA TV program
Topic of the Day, hosting Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen and political science lecturer Mukheimar Abu Sa'ada
Topic: The confrontations with Israel
Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen: "There are Israeli testimonies acknowledging that organs are being taken from the bodies of young Martyrs. While the body is with the Israelis, organs are taken according to Israel’s needs, and afterwards they hand over the body [to the PA] with conditions... including not allowing the body to be autopsied, in order to cover it up."

Note: There is one case of organ theft in Israel’s history. In 2001, an Israeli investigative journalist exposed that from the years 1988 to 2000, doctors under chief pathologist Yehuda Hiss at the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine at times took body parts without permission from relatives, for research and transplants of skin and corneas. Most body parts were taken from Israeli Jews, but the theft also included body parts from Israeli Arabs, Israeli soldiers and Palestinian terrorists. There has been no documented case since then.

This is during the funeral of Martyr (Shahid) Ibrahim Daoud, Fatah member in Deir Ghasana (i.e., a village north-west of Ramallah)."
Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen in video: "Our national unity (i.e., between Fatah and Hamas) is the basis for dealing with the criminal plots being carried out by that racist criminal Zionist entity's government, and with the blind support it receives from the American regime, which insists on remaining the leader of imperialism and international terror, while describing the Palestinian people's struggle for liberty and independence as terror. This, while granting the occupier, that Nazi criminal, a certificate that its crimes against the Palestinian people are self-defense. However, I say to this Nazi occupier, and to the leader of terror, the US: 'We do not expect a certificate of good behavior from you, but rather Shahada (play on words: In Arabic Shahada means both “Martyrdom” - death for Allah - and “certificate” –Ed.) that we receive from Allah, who chooses Martyrs from among us, who are more honorable than all of us.'"

Ibrahim Daoud – 16-year-old Palestinian who according to WAFA, the official PA news agency, died of his wounds after being hit by gunfire from Israeli soldiers. PMW has not been able to verify the circumstances of his being wounded and his death.

Fatah official: "The US is the enemy of the Palestinian people, the enemy of the Arab nation, and the enemy of the Muslim nation"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Sept. 5, 2015
Official PA TV open broadcast following clashes in Jerusalem, interview with Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen
Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen: “We cannot be dragged [by the Israelis] into an armed war, but in the face of the Israeli occupation’s crimes there may be responses here and there, and after all, the Israeli side’s blood is not more precious than the blood of a Palestinian child… No [Arab] foreign minister or president should discuss strategic relations with the US. The US is the enemy of the Palestinian people, the enemy of the Arab nation, and the enemy of the Muslim nation. It is the one enabling the Israeli occupation of our land to continue to exist, and it is the one tearing the Arab world to shreds. Therefore, the time has come for Arab and Muslim rulers to reexamine their relations with the US… We have no choice other than to escalate the popular resistance until it becomes a full intifada and a clash with the occupation, an intifada like that of 1987 (the First Intifada, Palestinian wave of violence and terror against Israel, 1987-1993 –Ed.), so that the world will pay attention to the Palestinian cause.”

Fatah official: Settlers must be forced out "by all available means"; "I long to see Israeli women crying" over their dead
Source: Fatah-run Awdah TV, Aug. 2, 2015
Fatah-run Awdah TV program Personal Conversation interviewed Fatah Central Committee Member Jamal Muhaisen
Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen: “I repeat, the settlers must be discouraged and forced to leave our lands, by all available means. We must not keep crying. No one likes to console people and attend the funerals of our Martyrs (Shahids), etc., but as a [member] of the Palestinian leadership I say that we are embarrassed by having to continue consoling [people]. I long to see Israeli women crying, as Palestinian women do.”

Note: PA leaders and officials have legitimized Palestinian violence by quoting UN resolution 3236 which "recognizes the right of the Palestinian people to regain its rights by all means." The PA interprets "all means" as including violence against civilians, but has chosen to ignore the continuation of the resolution which states that the use of "all means" should be "in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations..." The UN Charter prohibits targeting civilians, even in war. Chapter 1, Article 1, opens by saying that "international disputes" should be resolved "by peaceful means."

Fatah official on defining Israel as a Jewish state: “Israeli mindset” is like “days of Hitler”
Source: Awdah TV YouTube channel, May 12, 2014
The independent Palestinian TV channel Awdah hosted Fatah Central Committee member and Commissioner for Overseas Fatah Branch Affairs Dr. Jamal Muhaisen on its program The Political Situation:
Fatah Central Committee member and Commissioner for Overseas Fatah Branch Affairs Dr. Jamal Muhaisen: “I say that a democratic [state] is incompatible with a Jewish [state] or a nation [state].The current Israeli mindset, in my opinion, takes us back to the days of Hitler, when he distinguished between the German nation and the other nations of the world. Today, the Israeli side is also trying to distinguish between the Jews as a nation – I’m not talking about the Jews as a religion – and the Arab nation, who are the original inhabitants of the land.”

Fatah official denies Jewish historical connection to Western Wall
Source: Al-Falastinia TV (Fatah Party), Feb. 19, 2014
Al-Falastinia TV program Special Coverage hosted Fatah Central Committee member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen.
Fatah Central Committee member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen:
“We demand that all the lands conquered in [19]67 be under Palestinian control. As I said, the exchange [of territories] will be in the border areas, not in Jerusalem. When you talk about what is known as the ‘Al-Buraq Wall’ (i.e. The Western Wall of the Temple Mount), even the British committee that came to Palestine in the 1930s and examined the issue found that this is the ‘Al-Buraq Wall’ and not the ‘Wailing Wall.’ For this reason, we repeat that any site with a connection to the religious aspect – we believe in freedom of religion and in people’s [right to] visit the religious sites. However, so far, none of the archeologists, not [even] the Israeli ones, have proved the existence of a single remnant of the Israeli side in the places claimed to be theirs. I repeat: we will only agree to all [parts] of Jerusalem conquered in ’67 being a part of the Palestinian state and the capital of the State of Palestine.

The 1930 Wailing Wall Commission was appointed by the British government, with the approval of the League of Nations, to settle the matter of the Jews’ and Muslims’ rights and claims to the Western Wall. The commission concluded that the Western Wall had served as a Jewish holy site long before it became a Muslim waqf (an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law). The commission’s final conclusion was that although the Western Wall was a Muslim waqf, it was holy to both Muslims and Jews and therefore the Jews should be granted free access to worship at the site.
PA minister of Religious Affairs glorifies murderers of Israeli hiker

Official PA TV Live broadcast an event honoring released prisoners in the Salfit District.
The event was attended by PA Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake, PA Minister of Religious Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash, Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen and Salfit District Governor Issam Abu Bakr.
Released prisoners Fahim Sarhan, Mustafa Al-Haj and Bilal Damra were honored at the event.

PA Minister of Religious Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash: “Brothers, honored ones, who we are proud to be honored by today by honoring you, peace be upon you. All words are dwarfed when standing in the presence of such people. Those who, one day, voluntarily gave up part of their lives. And it is possible that while they were waging the battles of honor, resistance and struggle, they were prepared to give up their whole life for Palestine.”

Note: Mustafa Al-Haj murdered Frederick Rosenfeld while he was hiking near the city of Ariel in the West Bank (June 17, 1989). He was released in August 2013 as one of 104 prisoners released by Israel, which was the PA's precondition for renewing negotiations.
Bilal Damra was serving a life sentence for participating in the murder of Frederick Rosenfeld, who was killed while he was hiking near the city of Ariel in the West Bank (June 17, 1989). Damra was released in December 2013 as one of the 104 terrorists whom Israel agreed to release to fulfill the PA's precondition for renewing negotiations.
Fahim Sarhan was serving a life sentence for committing an act of terrorism against Israel. PMW has been unable to verify the details of his crime. He was released in October 2011 as part of the Shalit prisoner exchange deal brokered between the Israeli government and Hamas. In that deal, Israel released 1,027 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who had been held hostage by Hamas for more than 5 years.

The US tries to divide the Arab world so that Israel will have “supremacy over all Arabs”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Dec. 22, 2013
Official PA TV Live broadcast the third conference of Fatah’s Lebanon branch.
Fatah Central Committee member and director of Fatah’s Foreign Branch Commission Jamal Muhaisen:

“We say to our Arab nation, of which many today have become an instrument for implementing the policy of the US, the primary enemy of our Arab nation and our Islamic nation, [an enemy] that is trying to turn the conflict from an Arab-Israeli [conflict] into a regional, sectarian and national conflict, in order to fragment the region even further, as a service to the Zionist entity, and so Israel will retain supremacy over all Arabs. We say to the American instruments, and to anyone who supported the unrealistic slogan ‘the Arab Spring’: This is the American autumn. This is an effort to destroy the potential for [establishing] an Arab nation and to divide the Arab nation according to the American plans. The time has come for stronger popular unification to deal with these plans. This doesn’t prevent the existence of an internal struggle to strengthen democracy and increase freedom for the nations that sometimes experience abuse and tyranny under various regimes.”
Europe Court of Auditors calls to stop paying salaries to Gazan civil servants who haven’t worked since 2007
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 12, 2013
Headline: “European supervisory body calls to cease payment of salaries of workers in the Gaza Strip, and the [European] Commission responds that there is no proof of corruption or mismanagement of our money”
“The European Court of Auditors demanded yesterday that there be a ‘complete overhaul’ of the financial aid that the European Union transfers to the Gaza Strip, as it is used to pay the salaries of civil servants who ‘don’t work.’ This drew a sharp reply from the European Commission and opposition from the Fatah movement.
[Member of the European Court of Auditors] Hans Gustaf Wessberg, who is responsible for the report, stated at a press conference in Brussels that the financial aid that the European Union gives to the Gaza Strip mandates a ‘complete overhaul’. Since 2007, the European Union, the main donor to the Palestinian Authority, has granted 2.9 million dollars to projects in the occupied territories, 20% of all European aid designated to the ‘Neighborhood Policy’. Some salaries of civil servants in the Gaza Strip (teachers and doctors) [parentheses in source] are paid by European grants, but Wessberg noted in his report that the European Union paid salaries of civil servants that aren’t working, at times for six years (i.e., since the Hamas takeover in 2007). According to the assessment of the European Court of Auditors, about 22% of the workers in the health system and 24% of the workers in the education sector receive European [funded] salaries even though they don’t actually work…"

Senior PA official celebrates “magnificent” terrorist “heroes returning from captivity”
Source: Official PA TV Live, Nov. 3, 2013
PA TV broadcast a rally in Surif, Hebron in honor of released prisoners Ziyad Ghneimat, Mustafa Ghneimat, and Najeh Muqbil.
Abbas Zaki: "How great and magnificent what you have done, oh heroes returning from captivity. How great are these men of great stature, for you sieged the prison guard. How great are you, for you knew that you are potential Martyrs (Shahids), yet your will was stronger than any [Israeli] decision and any outcome... We are the ones who planted the spirit of defiance in this nation, and we have been the school [to teach] the culture of resistance... We took up arms, and with cascades of blood we inscribed [in the books of history] victory after victory. And today, through diplomacy, by winning the world over on our side, and by removing Israel from public opinion (i.e., as a legitimate state), we will administer the poison to them drop by drop… I congratulate the Hebron District on [the return] of this group of select men. And when I mention Mustafa, Ziyad, and Najeh, I add also the great eagle Fakhri Barghouti –33 years in prison, and here he is with us! …
I would like now to recall the commander of the operation, [Muhammad] Abu Shadi Al-Tous, whom we look up to with respect. The reason they are postponing [the release of] this commander is that he angered them more by having been the commander of the operation. We also salute [his wife] Um Shadi, and every front, and [we salute] all those beloved heroes, the pioneers, the free men, the fighters, like these heroes (points to the three released prisoners)… We say to Israel: Die in your rage. Go to your cemeteries and recite over your dead whatever you recite. Here they are [who Israel said] 'have blood on their hands' (i.e., murderers); here they are [back] among their own people: fighters, knights, free men!”
