Headline: “El-Bireh: The Al-Yasser Cultural Forum and a wall display of late [PA] President Yasser Arafat were inaugurated”

“The El-Bireh High School for Girls yesterday [March 18, 2018] celebrated the opening of The Al-Yasser Cultural Forum and the unveiling of a wall display that tells the life story of late [PA] President Yasser Arafat. This was in the presence of [PA] Minister of Education Sabri Saidam, Fatah Movement Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen… and school principal Nida Abd Rabbo…
Minister Saidam said… that the Israelis are accusing the Palestinian curriculum of incitement to murder, but we call for life and love.
Muhaisen… expressed joy over what he heard from the female students regarding the history and life story of late leader Yasser Arafat.
Muhaisen added: ‘After the death of Yasser Arafat, the torch passed to [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas, the knight who is dealing with the criminal plan according to which US President [Donald] Trump is attempting, together with Israel, to implement what is called “the deal of the century.”’

Abd Rabbo spoke about the idea to establish the forum and the goals it hopes to achieve. She said: ‘Its goal is to strengthen the affiliation with Palestine and its history, and to adhere to the Palestinian identity, because this is a great educational responsibility. The forum’s goal is also to return the glory to the fighting Palestinian girls and women such as Dalal Mughrabi (i.e., terrorist who led murder of 37, 12 of them children) and others who sacrificed their lives for Palestine, and also to provide information and knowledge to these female students during recesses, and to engage in drawing, recycling, agriculture, and other works and ideas that can contribute to strengthening the affiliation with the school, city, homeland, and [Palestinian] cause.’”
