The image shows a photoshopped picture of terrorist Dalal Mughrabi who led the Coastal Road massacre in 1978 in which 37 were murdered, 12 of them children. Mughrabi’s head has been photoshopped onto the body of a woman wearing a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) and traditional embroidered dress, with trees in the background.
