PLO decides to cut economic and security ties and freeze recognition of Israel, reiterates "our right to resist the occupation in all manners," opposes Taylor Force Act
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 30, 2018
“The Palestinian [PLO] Central Committee decided to end all of the commitments of the PLO and the PA to the agreements with the occupation authority ‘Israel,’ and primarily the freezing of the recognition of the State of Israel until [Israel] recognizes the State of Palestine in the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.... The Central Council also decided in its statement yesterday evening [Oct. 29, 2018] after the conclusion of the 30th regular session in Ramallah... in the presence of [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas, on the ending of the security coordination in all of its forms, and economic disengagement, in light of the fact that the transition period, including the Paris Agreement, is no longer valid…
The Central Council emphasized its adherence to our right to resist the occupation in all manners ‎(i.e., term used by Palestinians, which also refers to the use of violence and terror)‎, in accordance with international law. It praised the resolve of the prisoners of freedom in the Israeli occupation’s prisons… The Council opposed the American extortion - the Taylor Force Act, and the Israeli government’s decision to deduct the allowances (mukhassasat) of the families of the Martyrs, prisoners, and wounded from the Palestinian tax money, while blatantly violating international law...”

Abbas advisor: “The Palestinian people’s struggle will not end and will not fade until the expulsion of the last of the criminal settlers from our land”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 14, 2018
“Supreme Shari’ah Judge of Palestine and [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas’] advisor on Religious and Islamic Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash called to put the occupation’s leaders, the occupation government, and the settlers on trial for terror and war crimes. This is following the terror crime that the terrorist settler gangs committed against the Al-Rabi family, which caused the death of Martyr (Shahida) Aisha Al-Rabi (48) (sic., at the time of writing it was unclear whether Jews or Arabs threw rocks at Al-Rabi’s car and killed her; see note below)… at the Za’atara occupation checkpoint, before the eyes and ears of the occupation’s soldiers who were at the site, and under their protection (sic., Israeli soldiers did not protect the rock-throwers or enable their attack). Supreme Shari’ah Judge [Al-Habbash] emphasized that this despicable crime is a war crime… He emphasized that the Palestinian people’s struggle will not end and will not fade until the expulsion of the last of the criminal settlers from our land, and until our people achieves freedom through the end of the oppressive occupation – something that they view as far-off, while we view it as near.”

PA TV reuses song from 2000 calling for terror: "Draw your sword... let it not return"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Sept. 18, 2018

During the first days of the PA terror campaign (the second Intifada), PA TV repeatedly broadcast this song calling for terror:

Lyrics: “Brother, the oppressors have gone too far
Therefore Jihad is necessary and self-sacrifice is necessary.”  [PA TV, Oct. 3, 2000]

On Dec. 17, 2017, PA TV started rebroadcasting the same song calling for terror, adding an intentionally blurred and indistinct version of Trump's speech recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Lyrics:
“Brother, the oppressors have gone too far”

US President Donald Trump, Dec. 6, 2017: “Today, we finally acknowledge the obvious that Jerusalem is Israel's capital.”

Lyrics: “Therefore Jihad is necessary
and self-sacrifice is necessary...
Draw your sword from its sheath, and
let it not return to the sheath afterwards...
Brother, if my blood will flow in the soil,
and my hand will lay on its stones
Then find a free soul that has refused
to let enemies step on it
Kiss a Martyr on the land, who called on
its behalf to Allah and fell as a Martyr...
Palestine, our chests will defend you - life or death.”

Senior PLO official: Killing Israelis is not “terror”; it’s not “criminal”- it’s “legitimate”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, July 3, 2018

Official PA TV program 'The Content of the News'

Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake: "We reject these laws (i.e., to deduct terrorist salaries from PA tax money)... We continue to stand by the families of the prisoners (i.e., terrorists), the Martyrs (i.e., terrorists), and the wounded. This is part of the Palestinian national struggle... We reject labeling them ‘criminals’ and ‘terrorists.’ Israel wants to turn the entire struggle of the Palestinian people into ‘terrorism.’ It wants to remove the legitimacy of our struggle against the occupation."

Rebelling young people,
Treat seriously and do not take lightly the requests to bring a knife, dagger, or handgun, if you have one, and to leave them under your clothes and not use them or show them, except if you identify one of the [Israeli] soldiers or settlers. Do not kill Israeli civilians, instead hand them over to the resistance immediately, because this is the point that Israel fears, as it knows that the capturer can set any condition he wants.”

Senior Hamas leader: Riots at Gaza border are win-win for Palestinians. If rioters cross borders, Israel is embarrassed, if Israel murders rioters, Israel is exposed to the world
Source: Al-Aaraby TV YouTube channel (London), May 14, 2018

Al-Araby TV YouTube channel (London) program Personal Interview, hosting former Head of the Hamas Political Bureau Khaled Mashaal

Former Head of the Hamas Political Bureau Khaled Mashaal:
"The members of our people in Gaza turned to creative thinking six weeks ago – the peaceful Great March of Return (i.e., violent riots on the Gazan border with Israel). This has caused great concern in Israel, as it exposes it before the world. It is in a state of confusion, pressure, and embarrassment: If it lets the [Palestinian] masses cross [the border] this causes it embarrassment, and if it murders them in cold blood – as it has actually done – this exposes it before the world. In both situations it commits a crime and our people wins."
