Fatah invited Hezbollah official to speak at Fatah rally in Lebanon: “We must strive for a clash with the Zionist enemy”

Hezbollah’s director of cultural [affairs] Faisal Shukr gave a speech on its behalf, in which he said: ‘We bless Fatah on the anniversary of its magnificent and precious Launch. Palestine was and will remain the issue of every dear believer and of every free person in the world. Palestine is the core issue, and all of the resistance from its beginning broke out for Palestine. All of the wars that the Arabs faced were because of the erasure of the issue of Palestine. For us in the Islamic resistance, the issue of Palestine will remain the basis. Our goal is to reach the blessed place promised to us by Allah, “Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from Al-Haram Mosque [to Al-Aqsa Mosque]” [Quran, Sura 17:1, translation Sahih International].’
He concluded by saying: ‘We are a nation that needs three things – a precious unified nation that will not be [divided into several] nations; we must consolidate all of the reasons to enter Palestine “And prepare against them whatever you are able of power” [Quran, Sura 8:60, translation Sahih International]; and on our way to Jerusalem, we must strive for a clash with the Zionist enemy.’ In addition, he conveyed the greetings of Secretary-General of the [Hezbollah] party Hassan Nasrallah to the Palestinian people.
[Fatah] Revolutionary Council member Jamal Qashmar gave a speech on behalf of Fatah and the PLO, in which he said: ‘This path, which has already lasted for 52 years, began with the first Martyr (Shahid) Ahmad Musa (i.e., terrorist) [and has continued] up to Martyr Fadi Al-Qanbar (i.e., terrorist, murdered 4)… Blessings to everyone who ascended to Heaven for Palestine, to every prisoner, and to every wounded person.”
Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
Ahmad Musa is known among Palestinians as the “first Martyr of the modern Palestinian revolution.” He was killed by a Jordanian army patrol on his way back to Jordan after the first Fatah terror attack against Israel, the attempted bombing of Israel's National Water Carrier on Jan. 1, 1965.
Fadi Al-Qanbar – 28-year-old Palestinian terrorist who on Jan. 8, 2017, murdered 4 Israeli soldiers – officer Yael Yekutiel, 20, and cadets Shir Hajaj, 22, Shira Tzur, 20, and Erez Orbach, 20 – and wounded over 15 other soldiers in a truck ramming attack at the Armon Hanatziv Promenade, in southeast Jerusalem. After ramming into the soldiers at high speed, Al-Qanbar ran over the prone soldiers again before being shot and killed by soldiers and an armed civilian. Al-Qanbar supported ISIS online.
