Headline: “Erekat: Netanyahu’s statements are the latest revelations of racism”
“Secretary-General of the PLO Executive Committee Saeb Erekat called on the international community to condemn the occupation’s [Israeli] Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statements, in which he claimed that the murder of anyone by a Jew cannot be compared to the murder of a Jew by a non-Jew.’ Erekat demanded in a press release that international protection be provided to our people, in order to protect it from the occupation’s regime and its leaders…
Erekat addressed the history and literature of the occupation state and its doctrine based on killing, ethnic cleansing, and forced expulsion of indigenous residents by saying: ‘Instead of demanding accountability of the racists for their words, and deterring them, the occupation state honors and commemorates from 1948 until this day the memory of those who blew up the King David Hotel and terrorists who committed dozens of massacres against our Christian, Muslim, and Jewish (sic) people, used terror to expel thousands from their land, and released terrorists from the British courts. Likewise, it commemorates the known terrorist Baruch Goldstein, who killed 29 worshippers in the Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., the Cave of the Patriarchs) in Hebron, and for whom the occupation authorities established a memorial (destroyed by the Israeli army in 1999, after legislation forbidding the establishment of memorials to anyone carrying out an act of terror was enacted specifically to address this case –Ed.) in the illegal settlement Kiryat Arba, in a park named after another Israeli terrorist – Meir Kahane.”

Headline: “Fatah in Jerusalem: ‘The occupation plays victim by spreading fake pictures’”
“Secretary of Jerusalem branch of Fatah Adnan Ghaith called to be careful of the fake versions and pictures being spread by the Israeli media. Ghaith said yesterday [Oct. 22, 2015] in an interview with Radio Mawtini: ‘The occupation government is lying, faking, and cheating. It is trying to isolate our people by pretending to be the victim and spreading fake pictures through their media.’ Likewise, he called to take precautions and to work to expose the facts.
Ghaith said that the fact that the occupation’s soldiers killed a Jew in Jerusalem because they thought he was a Palestinian confirms that the occupation is carrying out executions of Palestinians based only on suspicions.”
Simcha Hodedtov, a 28-year-old Jewish man, aroused two Israeli soldiers' suspicions when he asked them to identify themselves to him as they got off a bus. When in return the soldiers asked Hodedtov to identify himself, he refused, and shouted "I am ISIS (Islamic State)," lunging at them, and trying to take one of their weapons. He was shot and killed by the soldiers. Afterward they discovered he was a Jewish resident of Jerusalem. A joint Israeli police and military police investigation of the matter has been opened.
