PA MP Dahlan: Israel killed Arafat to abuse Fatah

Muhammad Dahlan, MP and senior Fatah leader:     "I think that we're at the end of a process of abuse of the [Fatah] movement. Israel started it with the destruction of the Fatah movement and the destruction of the Palestinian Authority and its institutions, and the killing of Chairman Yasser Arafat."
