Libel: Israel steals organs from Palestinians
Libels
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will.

Throughout history bogus conspiracy accusations have been used to incite hatred, violence, and mass murder. The myriad conspiracy libels concerning Israel, Israelis and Jews are an integral part of the Palestinian Authority’s ongoing hate promotion. PA libels claim that Israel conspires to infect Palestinians with AIDS, spread drug addiction, conspired and successfully murdered Arafat, and more. The PA’s goal has been to inculcate hatred to the degree that fighting and murdering Jews and Israelis will be glorified as heroic self-defense.

Fatah official: Israel "uses Palestinian Martyrs' bodies as an experimental field" and there are "many suspicions" that Israel steals their organs
Source: Donia Al-Watan (independent Palestinian news agency), Mar. 29, 2016
Headline: “Al-Wahidi: Israel is the only country in the world that allows torture and punishes people after their death”
“Spokesman of the Fatah Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners' Affairs in the Gaza Strip and member of the prisoner committee of the National and Islamic Forces Nashat Al-Wahidi emphasized that the decision of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday, Monday, March 28, 2016, to prevent the handing over and return of Palestinian Martyrs’ (Shahids’) bodies to their relatives, exposes anew his attempt to improve his image in the Israeli street. Likewise, it exposes how Israel uses the Palestinian Martyrs’ bodies as an experimental field and as bargaining and marketing chips in order to achieve political and electoral gains, especially in light of the talk of a new prisoner exchange deal. This is alongside the many suspicions that the Israeli occupation stole organs from the Martyrs’ bodies.”
PA Ministry of Information: Israel freezes terrorists’ bodies and steals their organs
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 31, 2015
Headline: “Ministry of Information: Our Martyrs are not guinea pigs”
“The [PA] Ministry of Information stated that the fact that the occupation continues to hold the Martyrs’ (Shahids’) bodies, to bargain with their families over the conditions for their transfer and to pressure them not to perform autopsies on the bodies, and to release the bodies after freezing them at very low temperatures, is an act of terrorism, which kills the Martyrs of freedom a second time. The ministry emphasized in its notice yesterday [Dec. 30, 2015] that what is happening to the Martyrs’ bodies is something that cannot be overlooked, and that it is a criminal act that requires the human conscience to act to stop this immediately. The ministry stated that our people’s Martyrs are not guinea pigs that can be frozen and have their organs stolen. They have honor and dignity, because they fell for their occupied land, and the entire world’s laws permit them to resist its occupier. They [the Martyrs] cannot be related to as bandits, and falsely accusing them of terror is an attempt to hide the [occupation’s] crimes and their cold-blooded assassination.”
Fatah Central Committee member: Israel steals organs from “Martyrs” and forbids Palestinians to do autopsies

Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen: "There are Israeli testimonies acknowledging that organs are being taken from the bodies of young Martyrs. Note: There is one case of organ theft in Israel’s history. In 2001, an Israeli investigative journalist exposed that from the years 1988 to 2000, doctors under chief pathologist Yehuda Hiss at the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine at times took body parts without permission from relatives, for research and transplants of skin and corneas. Most body parts were taken from Israeli Jews, but the theft also included body parts from Israeli Arabs, Israeli soldiers and Palestinian terrorists. There has been no documented case since then.

“The Palestinian embassy in Bahrain marked the 27th anniversary of the declaration of independence and the 11th anniversary of President Yasser Arafat’s Martyrdom in a large reception at its headquarters… [Palestinian] Ambassador [Khaled] Aref referred to the popular [Palestinian] uprising in his speech and said: ‘Our people, who every day accompanies Martyrs to burial who died while defending the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy sites during the present popular uprising, sacrificed so far 99 young people, children, and women as Martyrs, most of them murdered by gunfire with no reason or justification. Likewise, the occupation is holding 26 of their bodies, steals the Martyrs’ organs, and sells them. Ambassador Aref made a connection between the last two acts of terror which struck in France and Lebanon, and the Israeli acts of terror against our Palestinian people, and called to come out against this terror through a unified international standpoint, and especially against the organized Israeli terror against our people.”

Mother of "exectued" terrorist stabber fears that Israel stole her dead son's organs
Source: WAFA, official PA news agency, Nov. 11, 2015
"My last request is to know the burial place of my son, so that I can bury him and read the [Quranic Sura of] Al-Fatiha for his soul, and so that he will be buried according to Islamic Shari'ah law. These are the words of Maisa, mother of Martyr Mustafa Al-Khatib, 17, from Jerusalem, who was executed by the occupation forces next to the Lions' Gate cemetery in occupied Jerusalem last Oct. 12 [2015], while on his way to school in the city. Martyr Al-Khatib's mother fears that her son's organs have been stolen, especially since he was executed and quickly transferred, and that they will be implanted in [another] body after his life was stolen from him. Likewise, she emphasized that the family intends to autopsy the body after its transfer, but Israel refuses [to transfer it], as in similar cases of Martyrs from occupied Jerusalem. Media spokesperson for the National Campaign to Return the Bodies of the Martyrs, Salwa Hammad, stated... that it has been proven that some of the bodies recently transferred had signs of bruises and injuries, but it cannot be determined if they occurred before or after they died as Martyrs. Likewise, it cannot be determined whether organ theft occurred, except by autopsy of the Martyrs' bodies, which the Martyrs' families oppose for religious reasons."

Prisoners’ Club official: Prison doctor stole cornea from prisoner
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, July 10, 2013
Headline: “Tulkarem: Armilat warns of organ theft from live prisoners in occupation’s prisons ”
“A senior official in the Prisoners’ Club, Halima Armilat, warned about organ theft from prisoners by the occupation’s authorities during operations [performed] in the occupation’s prison hospitals, as happened to a prisoner from the Gaza Strip. She called on all human rights organizations and all international organizations to monitor these barbaric violations against prisoners in the occupation’s prisons and to put an end to them.
Armilat spoke during her participation in the weekly solidarity with the prisoners sit-down strike held in front of the Red Cross [offices]… Armilat provided Al-Hayat Al-Jadida with details of an organ theft from a prisoner in the occupation’s prisons. She said that prisoner Shawqi Jam’an Abu Adhra from the Gaza Strip had complained of pain in one of his eyes and went to the prison doctor who anesthetized him and operated on him without his knowledge. He removed his original cornea and replaced it with an artificial cornea. After the pain in his eye increased, he went to the prison doctor again, and was surprised to discover that he had been deceived and that his original cornea had been stolen.”
Israeli prisons commit “organ theft crimes”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 19, 2013
“Yesterday [June 18, 2013] the National Campaign to Return the Bodies of the Martyrs Held in the Numbered Cemeteries (i.e., Israeli cemeteries for terrorists and enemy soldiers) submitted an updated list of the missing to the Red Cross …
Families of the missing expressed their increasing concern due to the fact that the occupation does not provide any information regarding the fate of their children, despite all evidence pointing to the occupation’s involvement in their disappearance, specifically in light of what is now known about the secret Israeli prisons regarding organ theft crimes, which the involved parties in Israel have explicitly admitted to in the past.”

Note: There is one case of organ theft in Israel’s history. In 2001, an Israeli investigative journalist exposed that from the years 1988 to 2000, doctors under chief pathologist at the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine at times took body parts without permission from relatives, for research and transplants of skin and corneas. The Cemeteries for Enemy Casualties are two burial sites maintained by the Israeli army for burying the bodies of enemy soldiers as well as terrorists. They are fenced and well-marked. Graves have markers instead of gravestones. Burial is temporary, on the assumption that the bodies will eventually be returned to their countries of origin. No ceremony is held. The bodies are buried in numbered caskets, after their identities have been documented.

PA Minister denounces Israel for stealing organs from Palestinian "Martyrs"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Apr. 30, 2013
“Speakers agreed that the struggle to end our prisoners’ suffering in the occupation’s prisons and free them all must continue. They denounced the occupation’s policy of stealing Martyr (Shahid) prisoners’ organs and using their bodies for medical purposes.
This was said during the inauguration event of the Prisoner Martyr Anis Dawla Square, which took place under the auspices of Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs, Issa Karake, District Governor of Qalqilya, Rabih Al-Khandaqji, and district leaders, in the city of Qalqilya…
Karake said that it is important that the memory remain alive and burning. He said that the fact that Israel has hidden the Martyr’s body for over 33 years proves its arrogance, which is conveyed by its refusal to return it [the body] and by this it has opened up the story of a criminal state that still holds over 250 [bodies of] prisoners and insists that his (i.e., the prisoner’s) body does not exist.
He called on all human rights organizations to work to discover what happened to those missing and he denounced Israel’s Martyrs’ organ trade and the medical experiments conducted on their organs…
He thanked Anis, the Martyr who lives on in his people’s hearts and said that he is a symbol of the struggle’s significance and of humanism.”

Note: Anis Dawla was sentenced to life in prison in 1968 for his membership in a PLO cell that crossed the border into Israel.
PA official: Israel kills "Martyrs," holds their bodies and steals their organs
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Aug. 14, 2012
"Ramallah and El-Bireh District Governor Laila Ghannam said that Israel's holding the bodies of Martyrs is a mark of shame on the forehead of the entire world. She noted that the occupation is not satisfied with killing them, but goes further and prevents family members from looking at [the bodies] for the last time and from holding burial ceremonies… Ghannam added yesterday, while taking leave of the bodies of Martyrs Ramzi Shahin and Anis Rafiq Khalil… that the whole world should intervene immediately to put an end to our people's suffering and to stop the Israeli crime and the occupation's actions… She noted that these giants (i.e., the terrorists) were not mere numbers, for they are symbols of the Palestinian struggle, their names and their struggle a badge of honor on the chest of every respectable free person in the world. Ghannam said that by holding the bodies of our Martyrs, the occupation is trying to hide its crimes and the traces of them [the crimes]. She stated that research and several studies have proven that the occupation steals the Martyrs' organs, while the world does not lift a finger in face of all these violations."

Note: Al-Hayat Al-Jadida reported on Aug. 13, 2012 that Ramzi Shahin and Anis Rafiq Khalil were part of a four-member Fedayeen (self-sacrificing fighter, someone prepared to die for a cause) squad that was intercepted by the Israeli army after having crossed the border from Egypt in November of 1991. Ramzi Shahin and Anis Rafiq Khalil were killed in the fire-fight that ensued.
Israel holds the bodies of enemy soldiers and members of terrorist organizations at the Cemeteries for Enemy Casualties. The graves have markers instead of gravestones. The burial is temporary, with the assumption that the bodies will be returned to their countries in the future.

He also disclosed facts pertaining to Israeli theft of organs of the Martyrs in order to trade in them… Director of the Jerusalem Center for Legal Aid and Human Rights, Issam Al-Arouri… said that the transfer of the Martyrs' bodies proves that Israel has vulnerable points, and that we can hurt it and seize rights by force, if we work systematically."

This is the 11th part in the 'Am I Not a Person?' series, which deals with different aspects of the suffering caused by the Israeli occupation… The book talks about medical experiments which are conducted in Israeli hospitals on sick Palestinians, including children, old people, and the mentally ill, without the consent of the patients or of their legal guardians, and with no consideration for the international conventions regulating medical experiments on the ill. This is in addition to the experiments which the occupation carries out using dangerous experimental medications on prisoners in its prisons, and in addition to the theft of organs from dead Palestinians in order to treat Jewish patients, including soldiers in the occupation army."

He emphasized that the occupation state fears discovery of its crime of stealing organs of the Shahids and trading in them, as acknowledged by its senior personnel.”

Note: The only case in Israel’s history is not current. An Israeli investigative journalist exposed in 2001 that from the years 1988 to 2000, doctors under chief pathologist at the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine at times took body parts without permission from relatives, for research and transplants of skin and corneas. Most body parts were taken from Israeli Jews, but the theft also included body parts from Israeli Arabs, Israeli soldiers and Palestinian terrorists. There has been no documented case since then.
