"[PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas]: The Israeli actions against our people will not cause us to renounce our just rights
President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas said that the Israeli actions against our people, including attacks, arrests, and killing, will not cause us to renounce our just rights and the establishment of our independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Abbas said this today, Sunday evening [March 5, 2017], at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah while receiving the family of Martyr (Shahid) Muhammad Al-Jalad (i.e., terrorist, attempted stabbing) who died in the occupation's prisons, and the released prisoner, the injured child Osama Zaidat (i.e., terrorist, attempted stabbing)."

Osama Zaidat – 14-year-old Palestinian terrorist who attempted to stab Israelis at a bus stop near Kiryat Arba on Sept. 23, 2016. He was shot in the leg by soldiers during the attempt.

Muhammad Al-Jalad - Palestinian terrorist who attempted to stab an Israeli soldier with a screwdriver at Hawara checkpoint outside Nablus on Nov. 9, 2016. The screwdriver failed to penetrate the soldier’s flak jacket, and Al-Jalad was shot and wounded by other soldiers at the scene. Al-Jalad died of his wounds at Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva in Israel in February 2017.
