“Head of the Greek Orthodox Diocese of Sebastia Archbishop Atallah Hanna received a delegation of the German organization Clergy for Justice and Peace, which includes Muslim, Christian, and Jewish clergy with the goal of supporting the causes of justice in the world and opposing racism of every manner and color…

Hanna said: ‘What is nice is that monotheists from the three Ibrahimic monotheistic religions are meeting in order to emphasize first of all their human brotherhood, and to express their sincere desire to defend the causes of justice, freedoms, and human rights.’

He added: ‘We receive you in Jerusalem, the city of peace, the city that is holy and cherished by the faithful of the three monotheistic religions.
We receive you with full love, respect, and appreciation, appreciate your stances, and praise your humanity, and you came today in order to express that you stand by the most just cause of humanity known to modern human history – the cause of the Palestinian people.’”
