“The occupation forces targeted a vehicle at the junction of the town of Arraba south of Jenin, and assassinated 3 young people.

The [PA] Ministry of Health noted that the general authority for civilian affairs informed it that 3 young people were shot by the occupation and died as Martyrs next to the town of Arraba: Luay Abu Na’asa and Naif Abu Sweis from the Jenin refugee camp and Bara Ahmed Fayez (i.e., terrorists, killed on their way to commit a shooting attack) from the village of Jalqamus.

According to Israeli reports, a special unit of the occupation, the Yamam (Israel's National Counter Terror Unit), carried out an ‘elimination’ operation, as they put it, against a Palestinian ‘cell,’ as per their definition…

Local sources reported that the occupation forces prevented ambulances from reaching the damaged Palestinian vehicle… and seized the bodies of the 3 Martyrs…

The occupation claimed that the ‘cell,’ as it were, ‘was on its way to carry out an attack’ against Israeli targets.”
