Scarves with map of “Palestine” erasing Israel – at event under Abbas' auspices

At the closing ceremony for a Quran recital competition in Ramallah, everyone in the audience wore a scarf displaying a map labeled “Palestine.” The map includes all of Israel and the PA areas. A poster at the event said the event was “under the auspices of the President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas.”
