French aid to the PA in 2013: €18,000,000

“[PA Minister of Finance] Dr. Shukri Bishara said that over the previous period, France has given more than US $750 million, 250 million of which was allocated directly to the budget… [French Minister for the Economy and Finance Pierre Moscovici] said: ‘French aid for the budget since 2007 totals €133 million, and we recently signed an agreement for €9,000,000, bringing the total of French aid to this year’s budget to €18,000,000.’”
