Fatah commissioner calls Israel “occupied interior” and claims Israel seeks to “expel” Arabs from Israel
“Fatah Commissioner for International Relations [and Fatah Central Committee member] Nabil Shaath… called on the Palestinian people in the occupied interior (i.e., Israel) to reject the notion of the Jewish state, which is meant to expel whoever is left from among our people on their land, occupied in 1948, [and do so] by adhering to the principles of equality and justice, creating democratic awareness based on sacrifice, and invigorating popular resistance.”
