Palestinian ambassador: The “Zionist enemy” is “violating the conventions of life”
Speech by Palestinian ambassador to Yemen, Dr. Bassam Al-Agha, on May 23, 2011, marking the anniversary of the establishment of the Kana’an Association for Palestine:
“Dear guests, we see how positions of pride and dignity give hope in the face of all the positions of the Zionist enemy…
These [Israeli] invaders are disappearing to where the ancient invaders and despotic imperialists disappeared to, because they are violating the conventions of life, violating the course of history. They draw their policy from medieval ideas. Look how President Obama is sad, miserable and suffering after seeing a single Jew scratched by a piece of shrapnel. As Allah lives, we have been so worried about you [Obama], dear one, that you shouldn’t suffer a heart attack or a stroke. We wish you health…
We salute the Shahid commander Yasser Arafat, Sheikh Ahmad Yassin, Izz A-Din Al-Qassam, Muhammad Al-Zubeiri, Abu Ali Mustafa, and Fathi Shaqaqi.”

Sheikh Ahmed Yassin – founder of the Hamas terror movement.
Sheikh Izz A-Din Al-Qassam – an influential Islamic preacher in British Mandate Palestine during the 1930s, who led a Muslim terror group.
Muhammad Al-Zubeiri – revolutionary poet killed in Yemen in 1965
Abu Ali Mustafa – General Secretary of the terror organization “Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine” (PLFP). Planned numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians during the PA terror campaign (the "Intifada," 2000-2005).
