PA daily op-ed implies Israel is behind ISIS terror attack

Op-ed by Yahya Rabah, columnist for the official PA daily and member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza
Headline: “Questions on terror that arise repeatedly!”
“Nice, France, one of the most beautiful cities of the Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea shore, was the target of a terrifying terror attack. The number of victims that was published is over 100 (sic., 84 were murdered and about 300 wounded in the truck ramming attack), as a result of an intentional car ramming carried out by a terrorist…
Who carried out this act? Is it the ISIS organization? I understand those who believe that the name ‘ISIS’ has become a vague headline, behind which everyone is hiding – those who carry out [the attacks] and even the victim states… and that the terror attributed to ISIS is being orchestrated by international intelligence organizations which have capabilities and knowledge, against targets that are of interest to them specifically. Otherwise, how can it be explained that there are states located in the heart of the region in which the tragic events have been occurring for the past six years (i.e., since the outbreak of the “Arab Spring” in 2011) that have not been harmed by this terror at all, such as Israel? After all, it is located right near the terror centers in Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, and Egypt, and is exposed to Libya and Yemen, and yet nothing has reached it.”

Bastille Day attack 2016 – a truck ramming attack for which ISIS claimed responsibility, in which 84 people were murdered and about 300 wounded in Nice, France, on July 14, 2016. French-Tunisian Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, 31, committed the attack, plowing a 19-ton truck into Bastille Day crowds and opening fire before being shot and killed. Some guns as well as fake weapons and grenades were found in the truck.
