PA daily cartoon shows Jew planting knife on Palestinian boy

Cartoon in the official PA daily shows a religious Jew, the image cartoonists use to depict a "settler," planting a knife on a small Palestinian boy, using a fishing rod, while riding on the back of an Israeli soldier. The cartoon echoes the PA libel that Israel kills Palestinian children "in cold blood" and plants knives at the scene afterwards.
