The cartoon shows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu standing over the bleeding body of Lady Justice with a smoking gun in his hand. The cartoon refers to the election in June 2016 of Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon as chairman of the UN Legal Committee, which deals with all of the UN’s legal activities, and coordinates its fight against terror.
