Libels
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will.

Throughout history bogus conspiracy accusations have been used to incite hatred, violence, and mass murder. The myriad conspiracy libels concerning Israel, Israelis and Jews are an integral part of the Palestinian Authority’s ongoing hate promotion. PA libels claim that Israel conspires to infect Palestinians with AIDS, spread drug addiction, conspired and successfully murdered Arafat, and more. The PA’s goal has been to inculcate hatred to the degree that fighting and murdering Jews and Israelis will be glorified as heroic self-defense.
Libel: Israel to destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque
Both Fatah and Hamas have generated and sustained religious hatred by disseminating the libel that Israel is attempting to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque. With close to 100% of Palestinians identifying themselves as believing Muslims, this claim is highly
inflammatory and is often combined with the call to “defend Al-Aqsa” from the Jews. The Al-Aqsa libel includes numerous fabrications: Israel was behind a mosque fire in 1969; Israel is currently digging under the mosque in order to topple it; Israel plans to replace it with a new Temple; Israel is preparing a missile attack on the mosque, and more. This libel has been actively promoted since 1998.

This Hamas TV cartoon video depicts demonic Jews digging under the mosque in an attempt to topple it.

The following are more examples of the Al-Aqsa libel:
PLO legislative body condemns suicide bombings in Sri Lanka, but compares "deviant ideology" of perpetrators to that of Jews visiting the Temple Mount
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Apr. 22, 2019
Headline: “Palestine condemns the terror attack against its friend Sri Lanka”
“The [Palestinian] National Council (i.e., the legislative body of the PLO) said in a statement yesterday [April 21, 2019] that what happened in Sri Lanka (refers to series of suicide bombings, nearly 300 murdered; see note below -Ed.) is immoral and contrary to religious and human values, which all determine that the places of worship of all the world’s religions are holy and must be protected... [The council] added that the deviant ideology that caused these people to commit their despicable crime against the churches in Sri Lanka is the same ideology that causes settlers to break into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, do as they please with it, attack the Muslim worshippers, and prevent them from worshipping freely during the Hebrew Passover holiday (refers to West Bank and Gaza Strip crossings being closed during the holiday due to security concerns -Ed.).”

PA daily op-ed: Notre Dame fire is same as “Zionist invasions that desecrate” the Al-Aqsa Mosque

This brings something else to mind – the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the third holiest place for Islam and the First Direction of Prayer, is being subjected to fire, daily Zionist invasions that desecrate it, and excavations under and around it (sic., Israel does not excavate under the Temple Mount; see note below) that are exposing it to direct daily destruction and danger..."

Fatah official is against “Judaizing” and “desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque plazas” by Israel; “Normalization with [Israel] under any pretext constitutes part of the growing plot against our people’s struggle”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 11, 2019
"Fatah Movement Central Committee member and [Fatah] Commissioner for Arab and China Relations Abbas Zaki said that the reports in the Israeli media about the visits of official Arab delegations to the Israeli entity (apparently referring to reports in January 2019 that at least 3 delegations from Iraq visited Israel in 2018 –Ed.) , 'if their validity is proven,' constitute a deep stab to the heart of the Palestinian national conflict...
Zaki added that ‘these reports’ are arriving in the shadow of the large battle that our people is waging in Jerusalem – which the settlers are treating as they please under the protection of the occupation forces, the American administration’s recognition of Jerusalem as the Zionist entity’s capital, the Israeli Parliament’s laws about annexing Jerusalem and Judaizing it, and the desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque plazas by the settlers through recurring invasions and the threat to destroy the walls of [the Old City of] Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque…
Zaki emphasized that normalization with the occupation under any pretext constitutes part of the growing plot against our people’s struggle. He explained that the Palestinian people, through its struggle, has always constituted an impregnable wall against the colonialist Zionist project that wants to take over the resources of the Arab peoples, and against the spread of Zionism towards the Arab region.”
