“[PA] Minister of Religious Affairs Sheikh Yusuf Ida'is condemned the fact that the occupation dug a pit in ‘Bab Al-Ghar’ near the Saladin Al-Ayyubi’s pulpit at the Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs) in Hebron. In an announcement to the press yesterday [April 9, 2015] Ida’is said that this step came as part of explicit violations and acts of aggression against the Ibrahimi Mosque, and increasing and intensive attempts to seize it and to distort the conclusive facts of the Islamic character of the place.”
