“[PA] Minister of Religious Affairs Yusuf Ida’is called on our people everywhere it is located to go on Friday [Aug. 10, 2018] to pray at the Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs) and carry out Ribat (i.e., religious conflict/war over land claimed to be Islamic) there in order to defend it from the plans of the occupation that is striving to take control of it.”
