Only two days after a bombing attack in Jerusalem in which 21 were injured, Abbas' Fatah movement has posted a video that promotes stabbing and car ramming attacks against Israeli soldiers. The video presents Martyrdom as an ideal for young Palestinians to strive for and the attacks as the way to achieve it.

The 9-minute video is named "Martyrdom-seeking unites us" and was produced by Fatah's Shabiba student movement, the Martyr Yasser Arafat Bloc, at Birzeit University. It was posted on the official Fatah Facebook page on April 20, 2016.

The video shows a staged car-ramming and stabbing attack at the Atara checkpoint near Ramallah. Three young Palestinians are seen planning and carrying out the attack. They kill two Israeli soldiers by ramming their car into one of them and stabbing the other. All three terrorists are shot and killed by the soldiers during the attack, thus becoming "Martyrs." While the terrorists fall as "Martyrs," a song plays in the background with the words, "There is no God but Allah, and the Shahid (Martyr) is Allah's beloved."

The PA has stressed that becoming a "Shahid" - Martyr - is the highest achievable status in Islam.

Palestinian Media Watch reported yesterday on Fatah's show of support for this week's bus bombing. Despite PA and Fatah Chairman Abbas' assurances to Israelis that he and the Palestinians seek peace, the praise for the bus bombing and the new video come as no surprise. As policy, Fatah and the PA glorify and endorse terrorists and their murders. Moreover, no Palestinian leader has condemned any of the attacks against Israelis that have taken place in the 7-month long wave of terror attacks, which began last September.

Likewise, many Palestinian universities are involved in terror glorification. Recently, four universities have honored murderer Baha Alyan, by organizing "human chains of readers" in his honor. Alyan killed 3 Israeli civilians in 2015.

Last year, Hamas' student bloc at Al-Quds University also produced a video that encouraged stabbing attacks against Jews.

The rest of the Fatah student video shows the family of one of the terrorists receiving the news of his death as a "Martyr." The terrorist's mother hears her dead son talking to her, telling her that the "Martyrs" will be back. The dead terrorists appear at a ceremony honoring them, and in a speech, one of them mentions names of other terrorists - Ahmad Yassin, Abu Ali Mustafa, Fathi Shaqaqi, as well as Yasser Arafat, adding that "we are Martyrs who sacrificed ourselves for the cause."

Abu Ali Mustafa - General Secretary of the terror organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). He planned numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians during the Palestinian terror campaign (the Intifada, 2000-2005).

Ahmed Yassin - Founder and former head of the terrorist organization Hamas. The Hamas movement is responsible for numerous terror attacks and the deaths of hundreds of Israeli civilians.

Fathi Shaqaqi - Founder of the terrorist organization Islamic Jihad, which has carried out numerous terrorist attacks, killing hundreds of Israeli civilians.
