Shabiba, Fatah’s student movement, and its female students’ committee “Sisters of Dalal,” named after female terrorist murderer Dalal Mughrabi, saw International Women’s Day as an appropriate time to glorify Mughrabi, who led the most lethal attack in Israel's history: The Coastal Road massacre in which Palestinian terrorists murdered 12 children and 25 adult Israeli civilians.

At An-Najah University, the "Sisters of Dalal" gave out cards to female workers and students to celebrate Women's Day. Text on the card honored murderer Mughrabi and encouraged women to believe in themselves:

"In honor of March 8 [International Women's Day]
And in honor of the soul of the Martyr of March
Dalal Mughrabi
Surround yourself with great things
And ignore those who do not believe in you,
As you are half of the universe and even more"

The card bore the symbol of Fatah's Shabiba branch at An-Najah University, which Palestinian Media Watch has reported includes text encouraging youth to seek Martyrdom-death

"From the sea of blood of the Martyrs (Shahids) we will create a state"

Posting on Facebook about the event, Fatah's Shabiba "wrote" to the terrorist murderer, emphasizing that Fatah women are "your sisters":

Posted text: "To the Bride of March, to the Martyr whose name we bear, Dalal Mughrabi
In honor of March 8 [International Women's Day], to half of the universe and even more
All of the love and honor on Women's Day

PMW has exposed that Fatah has a Sisters of Dalal committee at several Palestinian universities, among them An-Najah University, Palestine Ahliya University, Al-Azhar University, and Birzeit University.
The following is a longer excerpt of the Facebook post about Fatah's Sisters of Dalal committee and the event on Women's Day

The image shows one of the cards given by the Sisters of Dalal committee to female workers and students at the university for International Women's Day. In the upper right corner of the card appears the symbol of the Fatah Shabiba Student Movement at An-Najah National University. The logo consists of a coat of arms featuring on its left a raised fist in the shape of the PA map of "Palestine" that presents all of Israel as "Palestine" together with the PA areas. The symbol also features an image of the Dome of the Rock and the keffiyeh (Arab headdress) pattern.

Dalal Mughrabi led the most lethal terror attack in Israel's history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, murdering 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70.
