PA daily calls Israeli town a “settlement”

Headline: “Beit Sira – a village located on the border, is surrounded by settlements and roadblocks and suffers from a lack of what is needed to stand firm (i.e., in face of Israel)”
“Beit Sira is a village located near the border. [It] is surrounded by the Reut settlement-compound that is located on the lands of the Bir Ma’in village.”

Note: Reut is a town in central Israel.
