"The Hamas Movement in Khan Younes in the southern Gaza Strip and its military faction, the Izz A-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, held a military procession and press conference in order to announce the beginning of the events for the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the [Hamas] Movement in the district. In the speech that he gave, movement leader Hammad Al-Raqab emphasized: …‘Palestine, which is soaked in the blood of the Martyrs (Shahids) and the sacrifices of our people, all of Palestine is ours, and it is pure Islamic Palestinian land that constitutes a part of the Arab and Islamic nation.' He explained that we are standing today and seeing before us the buds of the liberation army, and we do not understand anything but the language of resistance and Jihad. He also emphasized that despite the tragedies, persecution, expulsion, assassinations, and ongoing wars, we see the determination in the eyes of our people to continue on the path of resistance. He added: 'Trust the resistance – the victory, honor, and resistance are near, and we are continuing on this path until victory.’"
