Headline: “Ramallah: A ceremony honoring the prisoners that passed a course in international law in Nafha and Hadarim”
“The [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs, in cooperation with The [International] Diplomatic Network of International Law and Human Rights and The Dream Academy, held a graduation ceremony yesterday [Sept. 30, 2018] for some students in the occupation’s Nafha Prison and Hadarim Prison. This was after they passed a training course in the field of international law and human rights, under the supervision of prisoners Ahed Abu Gholmeh (i.e., terrorist, planned murder of 1) and William Al-Rimawi (i.e., serving 30 years, PMW was unable to verify the nature of his crimes). Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Qadri Abu Bakr and District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam were present at the ceremony… Abu Bakr noted that the participation of 65 prisoners in this course attests to strong will power, a thirst for freedom, and a look towards the future. He expressed his appreciation of their determination in light of the dumbing-down policy, which the occupation is implementing against the members of our people.”
