Fatah activist glorifies female suicide bomber as a “hero” who fulfilled “her humane and national mission”

Posted text: “On this day [Jan. 27] in 2002, when the Al-Aqsa Intifada (i.e., PA terror campaign 2000-2005) was at its peak, the first female self-sacrificing fighter (Fida’iya) of the intifada, Wafa Idris (i.e., suicide bomber, murdered 1 and wounded over 100), 26, left the Al-Amari [refugee] camp to fulfill her humane and national mission for her entire people – instead of fulfilling it for one sector of her people in her humane work in the [Palestinian] Red Crescent.
On this day, hero Wafa Idris carried out the first female Martyrdom-seeker operation (i.e., suicide bombing) in Jerusalem, on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2002, and caused the death of one of the enemies and the wounding of over 90 others.

Wafa Idris – The first Palestinian female suicide bomber. Belonging to Fatah, she carried out a suicide attack on Jaffa Road in central Jerusalem on Jan. 27, 2002, murdering 1 and wounding over 100. As a volunteer for the Palestinian Red Crescent she was able to bypass Israeli security and enter Jerusalem in a Palestinian ambulance.
Yasser Arafat – Founder of Fatah, former chairman of the PA. During the 1960s, 70s and 80s Arafat was behind numerous terror attacks against Israelis. Although he received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 together with then Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and then Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Shimon Peres “for their efforts to create peace in the Middle East" after signing the Oslo Accords peace agreement, Arafat launched a 5-year terror campaign - the second Intifada (2000-2005) – in which more than 1,000 Israelis were murdered. Arafat died of an illness in 2004.
Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
