PA daily cites PLO minister: "Wage war" using "all forms of resistance" to release prisoners from Israel's "oppression and abuse"

Headline: “Ramallah: Sit-in strike and rally as a sign of support for [Bilal] Kayed and the [hunger] striking prisoners”
“Dozens of activists and family members of prisoners, led by officials and leaders, yesterday [July 26, 2016] held a sit-in strike at the tent in Martyr Yasser Arafat Square in the center of Ramallah. This was as a sign of support for the struggle and the demands of [Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine] member Bilal Kayed (i.e., being held in Israeli administrative detention), who is [hunger] striking, and for the prisoners who are hunger striking in protest of the administrative detention…
Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs [Issa Karake] warned of the severity of prisoner Bilal Kayed’s health condition…
Karake emphasized the determination of the prisoners to wage the war (i.e., hunger strike) until victory, despite the oppression and abuse from the occupation.
He called on the national, popular, and official sectors to continue to support the prisoners by all the forms of resistance (i.e., including violence), until the last Palestinian prisoner in the occupation’s prisons is released.”
