Posted text: "We will not relinquish our right to resist the occupier using all available ways and means (i.e., term used by Palestinians, which also refers to the use of violence and terror)‎.
Long live the anniversary of [Fatah's] Launch (Intilaqa) (commemorated on the anniversary of Fatah's first attempted attack; see note below –Ed.)”

In the upper left corner of the image is the Fatah logo that includes a grenade, crossed rifles, and the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine” together with the PA areas, with a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) pattern behind it. Under the Fatah logo is text and under that is a logo for the 54th anniversary of Fatah's "Launch" (Intilaqa), which is commemorated on the anniversary of Fatah’s first attempted terror attack against Israel. The logo is comprised of the word “Fatah,” with the letters formed by the number “54” and an “h.” An assault rifle forms the vertical line of the “4,” and the Dome of the Rock sits atop the “5.” On the right side of the image is an assault rifle rising above a keffiyeh. At the bottom is a Palestinian flag alongside the text: "The Palestinian National Liberation Movement – Fatah, Mobilization and Organization Commission"

In the background are the repeating words: "Long live the Launch of Fatah"

The terms "all means”, "all means of resistance," “all forms,” are ‎used by PA leaders to include using all types of violence, including deadly terror ‎against Israeli civilians such as stabbings and shootings, as well as throwing rocks and Molotov Cocktails.

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
