“At the Shahid (Martyr) Salah Khalaf Center in the Tubas district, a conference of intellectuals was held to mark the anniversary of the Martyrdom of Abdallah Daoud, who was among those expelled from the [Bethlehem] Church of Nativity, under the title, ‘Stations of the Shahid’s Struggle’.
Attendees at the conference, held by the Shahid Salah Khalaf Center; the National Campaign for the Safe Return of the Church of Nativity Expellees; and the National Association of Families of Shahids, included Salfit district governor Issam Abu Bakr; member of the Fatah Central Council Tawfiq Tirawi; and Chairman of the Prisoners’ Club, Qadura Fares…
[Marwan] Tubasi, the district governor, on behalf of President Mahmoud Abbas, congratulated those responsible for organizing the conference, and conveyed greetings to the participants. He emphasized that loyalty to the Shahid commander Abdallah Daoud is embodied in the continuation of the struggle on the basis of adherence to Palestinian positions.”

Note: Abdallah Daoud was responsible for many terror attacks. He was one of the terrorists who stormed the Church of the Nativity in 2002, continuing to fight against Israel for several weeks while using the monks and the religious site as shields.
The above article mentions that the conference was held at the Shahid (Martyr) Salah Khalaf Center. Terrorist Salah Khalaf (Abu Iyad) was one of the founders of the Fatah organization. He was head of the Black September branch, whose terrorist attacks included the murder of 11 Israeli athletes in the Munich Olympics in 1972. The Shahid Salah Khalaf Center was financed by USAID in 2004.
