Fatah post for 53rd anniversary glorifies suicide bomber who murdered 2

The image shows a picture of terrorist Ayyat Al-Akhras, a suicide bomber who murdered 2 and wounded 28. To the right is a logo showing a masked Palestinian wearing a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) and using a slingshot with the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Dome of the Rock behind him, and next to him the number “53” representing the 53rd anniversary of the Launch of Fatah. Under the logo is a picture of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. In the upper right corner appears the Fatah logo that includes a grenade, crossed rifles, and the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine” together with the PA areas.

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.

Ayyat Al-Akhras - The youngest female Palestinian suicide bomber (aged 17). A member of Fatah, Al-Akhras blew herself up near a Jerusalem supermarket on March 29, 2002, murdering 2 and wounding 28.
