Muhaisen said to Shasha [news website] that Fatah leadership member Talal Dweikat was the district governor of more than one city (sic.) and is [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas'] representative, and therefore his arrest constitutes a dangerous crossing of a line. He added that this constitutes an escalation against the Fatah Movement and the Palestinian people.
He continued and said that the Israeli occupation continues its arrogance day after day, and that this arrogance increased after the election of [Donald] Trump as president of the US.
