District Governor of Ramallah on International Women’s Day mentions female terrorists as exemplary women

"The Palestine Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) and the WAFA news agency celebrated International Women's Day and Mother's Day yesterday [March 14, 2016]… District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam noted that 'the month of March is the month of the woman, in the full sense of the word, being the month in which the occupier insisted that Fadwa Abu Tir become a Martyr (Shahida) of Jerusalem, and during [March] are Women's Day, Martyr Dalal Mughrabi Day, Al-Karameh Day, Mother's Day, Land Day, and [Palestinian] Culture Day.'"

Dalal Mughrabi led the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, killing 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70.
The Karameh battle, or Al-Karameh - On March 21, 1968, Israeli army forces attacked the town of Karameh in Jordan, where Fatah terrorists had been launching attacks on Israel. Although Israel prevailed militarily, Arafat used the event for propaganda purposes, declaring the battle a great victory that erased the disgrace of the 1967 Six Day War defeat.
