Fatah accuses Hamas of collecting money from citizens for electricity and medications that the PA supplies for free

"Fatah Movement Central Committee member and Deputy Chairman Mahmoud Al-Aloul emphasized the support of the Palestinian leadership and people for the battle being waged by the prisoners inside the prisons until they achieve their just demands. Al-Aloul said in a TV interview: …'Hamas is collecting money from the citizens for electricity, even though we in the [PA] unity government are paying for the electricity. It is also collecting taxes and customs duties, and taking the medicines that the [PA] Ministry of Finances sends it for free and [Hamas is] selling them in the markets.’"
