Western and Israeli intel services helped ‎establish Islamic terrorism

Op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, columnist ‎for the official PA daily:
‎“When we examine Islamic terrorism, [we ‎see that] the above mentioned factors - ‎established by the Western and Israeli ‎intelligence services and some of the Arab ‎and Islamic tyrannical and corrupt regimes ‎‎- formed the foundation for its birth and ‎solidification. These factors prepared the ‎ground for its political, economic, ‎logistical, military and public relations ‎success. In addition, the religious non-‎civilian factors - the Muslim Brotherhood ‎and their branches in the eastern and ‎western parts of the Arab world - played ‎an important role in the spread and ‎diffusion of its influence… They created ‎the appropriate conditions for the birth and ‎establishment of the various terror groups, ‎whose influence grew after the outbreak ‎of the revolutions of the Arab Spring in ‎late 2010 and early 2011.”‎
