PA Foreign Ministry claims Israel carries out “the worst type of terror” that “nourishes the terror in the region”

Headline: “The [PA] Foreign Ministry: ‘The occupation is the worst type of terror”
“The [PA] Foreign Ministry condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statements, in which he said that the occupation and settlement are not terror, and tried to compare the terror which struck the French capital to the peaceful popular uprising being carried out by our unarmed people against the occupation and its oppressive measures… The ministry emphasized that the Israeli government is attempting to take advantage of the fact that the countries [of the world] and the media are busy with the consequences of the terror that struck in Paris and Beirut, in order to escalate its aggression against our people… The ministry continued: ‘Netanyahu makes an effort to take advantage of the terror everywhere in order to hide the occupation and its crimes against our people, but ignores the fact that the Israeli occupation of the land of the State of Palestine is the worst type of terror, and that its extrajudicial field executions are the height of terror… The ministry emphasized that the occupation’s terror nourishes the terror in the region, and Netanyahu’s attempts to distort the struggle of the Palestinian people will fail. Likewise, he emphasized that our people’s resolve, unity, and legal, peaceful resistance will put an end the occupation and its terror.”
