PA daily portrays terrorists carrying out attacks as “Martyrs” and innocent victims of Israeli violence
Headline: “Martyr from Yatta within the green line and 272 injured in conflicts in the West Bank”
“The young Amjad Al-Jundi, 24, from the village of Yatta in the Hebron district, died as a Martyr, [Israel is] claiming he stabbed a soldier and took his weapon in Kiryat Gat within the green line. Likewise, a settler shot young Shorouq Dweiat, 18, from Jerusalem yesterday [Oct. 7, 2015] morning, claiming she tried to stab him. However, merchants and witnesses determinedly rejected his false version, and emphasized that he sprayed her with pepper spray and tried to remove her head covering, and when she called for help, he shot her with four bullets.”
Amjad Al-Jundi - 18-year-old Palestinian terrorist who stabbed an Israeli soldier and stole his weapon in the southern Israeli city of Kiryat Gat on Oct. 7, 2015. Al-Jundi then broke into an apartment in a nearby building and tried to attack two Israeli women, but they managed to escape. Al-Jundi was subsequently shot and killed by Israeli police. The soldier and one of the women were lightly wounded in the attack.
