PA daily: “Settlers” and students “invaded” the Al-Aqsa Mosque, while being told about the “myth of ‘the alleged Temple’”

Headline: "86 settlers and Jewish students invade the Al-Aqsa Mosque"

"38 settlers and 48 Jewish students invaded the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Mughrabi Gate yesterday [Dec. 25, 2016]…
The settlers and students held provocative tours at the mosque, while hearing explanations about the myth of ‘the alleged Temple,' as [Palestinian] worshippers made calls of 'Allahu Akbar' in protest of these invasions."

The PA and its leaders consider all of the Temple Mount an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore they view any presence of Jews on the mount as an "invasion." It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock.
