PA Government Spokesman: “The crime of aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is expressed by it being invaded and harmed, is a hellish crime”

The settlers began touring the mosque and listened to explanations about the alleged Temple… Official [PA] Government Spokesman Yusuf Al-Mahmoud said in a statement yesterday that the so-called ‘Israeli minister of agriculture’ who invaded the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque today is no different from the members of the groups of foreign and disturbed settlers, who carry out the occupation government’s orders by invading the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque every day. He added: ‘The crime of aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is expressed by it being invaded and harmed, is a hellish crime…’ The official spokesman added that the occupation’s attacks against the Al-Aqsa Mosque remind the Palestinian Arab people and the members of the Arab nation and the Islamic nation of the history stories about the shocking, dark, and bloody period of the European [Crusader] occupation of Jerusalem, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.”

Break-in/Invasion/attack of Al-Aqsa Mosque - The PA and its leaders misrepresent all of the Temple Mount as an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore, they vilify any presence of Jews on the mount as an "invasion." It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock. Israeli police ban Jewish prayer at the Temple Mount because of threats of violence by Palestinians.
