“Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake said that the occupation’s government, with all of its legal, parliamentary, and political systems and institutions is treating the prisoners in the prisons as if they are not human beings. This is [being done] through shocking steps, degrading treatment, and turning them into spoils in order to break them nationally and humanly.
Karake said that Israel has turned into a beastly state in its conduct towards the prisoners, due to its racist laws that harm the dignity and rights of the prisoner, and oppose international law and all of the humanitarian laws and laws of morality.”
