Abbas honors Arafat for “his struggle, his Jihad”

Abbas speaks during visit to Tunisia about anniversary of Arafat's death:
"[On] the anniversary of the Martyr death of President Yasser Arafat, 7 years after his death as a Shahid (Martyr), I express my feelings of compassion for him. We recall his struggle, recall his Jihad, and what he gave and did throughout his life for the sake of the Palestinian cause."
Note: On Nov. 11, PA TV reported on Abbas’ full statement in Tunisia about Arafat. Abbas added, “Allah willing we will try to follow his path in order to arrive at a permanent solution for the Palestinian cause.”
