PA Minister of Prisoner's Affairs Karake visits home of prisoners Muhammad and Ramzi Barash.
Note: Ramzi Barash was a member of Tanzim (Fatah terror group). He participated in an attack in Jerusalem in 2002 in which one person was killed. He is serving a life sentence. Muhammad Barash is serving three life sentences and a further 35 years.
