PA Minister: Israel carries out experiments on prisoners that cause them to contract "malignant diseases"

"Minister of Prisoners' Affairs, [Issa] Karake… said that a number of released prisoners have died a Martyrs' death from malignant diseases following their release, indicating that they had fallen victim to medical experiments carried out by doctors of the [Israeli] prison service."
