PA cartoon: Israel executes prisoners through medical neglect
Source: Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces, Oct. 23, 2016
Text and cartoon posted on the Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces

Posted text: "#[PA_]Palestinian_National_Security_Forces"

The cartoon shows an Israeli soldier with a grotesquely large nose holding a noose attached to an infusion, as a Palestinian prisoner kneels before him. This apparently refers to the PA libels accusing the Israeli Prison Service of “executing” prisoners through medical neglect.
Fatah cartoon: Long-nosed Jew explodes Muslim world
Source: Website of Fatah's Information and ‎Culture Commission, Oct. 18, 2016
Cartoon posted on the website of Fatah’s Information and Culture Commission

Headline:
“No commentary!”
The cartoon shows a long-nosed Jew with an Israeli flag on his arm lighting a fuse to blow up a bomb. Inside the bomb, a Shi'ite Muslim and a Sunni Muslim are lighting fuses to blow up each other.  The cartoon expresses the libel that Jews/Israel seek to destroy the Muslim world, and are possibly taking advantage of the internal Muslim fighting to do so. The cartoon is also critical of the Muslim world, which is depicted as so focused on killing each other that they do not see the Jews taking advantage of it to kill them.

PA Ambassador to France: Balfour Declaration “stemmed from the desire to solve… ‘the Jewish problem’ in Europe by creating a homeland for them… so that Europe would be rid of the problem of its Jews”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 11, 2016
Headline: “Palestine participates in a seminar in the French Senate marking 100 years since Sykes-Picot”
“The Vigilance Committee for Real Peace in the Middle East (CVPR-PO) yesterday [Oct. 10, 2016] held a seminar in the French Senate… Ambassador of Palestine in France Salman Al-Harfi… said that this [Balfour] Promise stemmed from the desire to solve what was called ‘the Jewish problem’ in Europe by creating a homeland for them (i.e., the Jews) and transferring them to it, so that Europe would be rid of the problem of its Jews.”

The Balfour Declaration of Nov. 2, 1917 was a letter from British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Baron Rothschild stating that “His Majesty's government views with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people” and is seen as the basis for later international commitments to establish the State of Israel.
PA National Security Forces posts on Facebook a cartoon depicting an Israeli soldier ‘boxing’ the Al-Aqsa Mosque
Source: Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces, Oct. 6, 2016

Cartoon posted on the Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces

The cartoon shows an Israeli soldier with “Israel” written on his shirt and a Star of David on his helmet squaring off against the Dome of the Rock Mosque in a boxing ring, indicating the often repeated Palestinian claim that Israel is “attacking” the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock Mosque. The PA National Security Forces logo appears in the corner.

The PA and its leaders view any presence of Jews on the Temple Mount as an “attack.” It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock.
Cartoon in PA daily: Israel controls the US which controls the world
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 4, 2016

In the cartoon, a small soldier with a Star of David on his helmet is seen giving orders to a taller man with blank eyes, representing the US. The large man's hat is made of the American flag but with a six-pointed Star of David replacing the five-pointed star. The "US" is holding a basketball that resembles a globe, and "Israel" is directing the "US" to shoot the globe-shaped basketball into a basket which is also shaped of a Star of David. Implying that while America controls the world, it is Israel who orders America what to do with the world.

Fatah reposts controversial cartoon implying Jews are behind world terror
Source: Website of Fatah's Information and ‎Culture Commission, Sept. 20, 2016

Cartoon depicts a Jew with a large nose and wearing a kippah (Jewish skullcap), comfortably seated in an armchair with the Star of David on it. Using a remote control, the Jew sets off an explosion in the city below, viewing the destruction as if watching TV.

Note: The cartoon was originally published in July 2014 in The Sydney Morning Herald as commentary on the 2014 Gaza War. After repeated public protests and threats of legal action by the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, the newspaper apologized and called it "a serious error in judgement." Fatah's choosing to publish the cartoon now, without any reference to Gaza, is clearly their statement about today's international conflicts.
Op-ed in official PA daily: "Summary executions" are "Israel’s way of getting rid of those it wants to get rid of," ever since Biblical times
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 19, 2016
Headline: “The summary executions – a policy that is escalating”
Excerpt from op-ed by Yahya Rabah, regular columnist for the official PA daily and member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza
“I was horrified when I saw a video on one of the Palestinian satellite channels that it was claimed showed Martyr (Shahid) [Hatem] Al-Shaloudi, and the two analysts said that this video is proof that Al-Shaloudi stabbed an Israeli soldier. The footage that was shown on this channel is not clear, and in no way is there a stabbing operation in it…
But why did the satellite channel, which calls itself a Palestinian satellite channel, claim [that Al-Shaloudi stabbed a soldier] – this question remains unanswered...
In general, the trend of summary executions is a fixed trend that is growing stronger in the Zionist ideology, which draws [inspiration] from the Biblical story, which always incites to murder and wipe out the other. This trend has existed since the Book of Exodus, through [the Book of] Judges, and up to the Book of Kings, and the reasons are always attributed to divine commands! ...
The summary executions always exist. They are Israel’s way of getting rid of those it wants to get rid of, even if they are Jews who are from a different ideological and political stream. The loss of media control in our circles to which we are witness these days is a most damaging loss of control, which does not serve us at all… and provides the main enemy – the occupation – with a free service.”

Official PA daily describes Jewish visits to the Temple Mount as “attempts to defile the [Al-Aqsa] Mosque with repeated Talmudic (i.e., Jewish) activities”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 8, 2016
Headline: “‘Settler wedding’ at the Al-Aqsa Mosque”
“At the Al-Aqsa Mosque yesterday [Sept. 7, 2016] a tense atmosphere prevailed in light of invasions and provocative tours that were held by groups of the settler gangs, and attempts to defile the mosque with repeated Talmudic (i.e., Jewish) activities.”

The PA and its leaders consider all of the Temple Mount an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore they view any presence of Jews on the mount as an “invasion.” It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock.
Op-ed in official PA daily: Jesus “was the first Palestinian Martyr, who was crucified by the Jews”

: “One homeland, one people”
“The demographic composition of the Palestinian Arab people cannot be envisioned without the presence of the Christian people. As [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas said: ‘The Palestinian Christians are the salt of the earth,’ and indeed as I have said in a number of relevant articles – Jesus, Issa son of Maryam, peace be upon him, was the first Palestinian Martyr (Shahid), who was crucified by the Jews, or they think they crucified him. He was born to a Palestinian mother and grew up in Palestine.”

PLO official: Israel is executing "ancient Zionist plots" to build Temple, Al-Aqsa in danger of "imminent collapse"
Source: Al-Quds, Aug. 28, 2016
Headline: “The Al-Aqsa Mosque fire – the fire is still burning!”
Op-ed by PLO Executive Committee member and Head of the Department for Jerusalem Affairs Ahmed Qurei “Abu Alaa”
“A week ago was the 47th anniversary of the crime of the arson of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Saladin [Al-Ayyubi’s] pulpit, in what appeared to be a situation of troubling silence, broken only by a small number of notices repeated regularly throughout recent years… It can be said that the Jewish logic, which is full of historical grudges and religious myths, through this arson opened a wider door for the perpetration of ancient Zionist plots. Plots whose goal is to determine the future of Jerusalem by creating finalized facts and a new reality, that can defend themselves by themselves in any future negotiation regarding the fate of Jerusalem and the Palestinian areas…
The extremist Zionist groups, those who held the hand of the same Jewish settler (sic) named Michael Rohan when he perpetrated this intentional fire, are those who today hold the reins of government in Israel, and they are those who carry out the operation of Judaizing Jerusalem for all to see, and call with unprecedented determination to divide the Al-Aqsa Mosque without encountering any opposition or anyone who will deter them... In fact, these evil Israeli goals are no longer only intentions nested in the heart of small groups of ultra-extremists and settlers, but rather have become an official work plan being implemented in the field, and in particular under the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza (i.e., the Temple Mount), which currently is subject to imminent collapse due to a series of underground tunnels and passageways.”

PLO condemns “invasion of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque [by Jewish visitors]… in order to carry out Talmudic (i.e., Jewish) ceremonies in the pure Al-Aqsa Mosque plazas”
Source: WAFA, official PA news agency, July 26, 2016
Headline: “The Department for Jerusalem Affairs warned of the calls of extremist Jewish organizations to invade the Al-Aqsa Mosque”
“The PLO Department for Jerusalem Affairs warned of the dangers and consequences of the ongoing racist calls of extremist Jewish organizations who called to carry out a widespread invasion of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, accompanied by the greatest rabbis of the settlers, in order to carry out Talmudic (i.e., Jewish) ceremonies in the pure Al-Aqsa Mosque plazas.
The department condemned in a press release today, Tuesday [July 26, 2016], the invasion of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza by dozens of the herds of extremist settlers from the direction of the Mughrabi Gate, under the heightened protection of the occupation police and its special forces, and the fact that they carried out tours of provocation at the mosque’s plaza in order to take pictures. This was done through response to the calls of these racist terrorist organizations and their ongoing encouragement of settlers to invade the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza and defile it by holding Talmudic ceremonies by Jewish rabbis within it.“

Op-ed in official PA daily repeats libel about rabbinic council that ordered Jews to poison Palestinian water sources
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, July 10, 2016
Headline: “Our new generations are the hope!”

Op-ed by Yahya Rabah, a regular columnist for the official PA daily and a member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza

“[Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu said that the incitement is the problem, and not the settlement enterprise! This is a form of diplomatic and moral contempt that has spread in the Israeli society like cancer, and we identified it in an Israeli minister, one of Netanyahu’s ministers who were selected by him to stand to his right. The minister said that the Palestinians are happy about the settlement enterprise, which gives them workplaces in the settlements! Look what the racism has come to, the contempt, and the stupidity! The homeland of a people is stolen, and afterwards they claim that it is compensated for its homeland through work for the occupier who stole its homeland. Is there a need for incitement when there are such despicable acts, and such racism?
We heard the same disgusting logic several days ago from the Council of Settler Rabbis, which issued a religious ruling to poison the water of the Palestinians (sic., no such council exists and not such ruling was ever issued). This insane council is recognized and receives support from the Netanyahu government and the Israeli Parliament, where there are even more disgusting voices. These rabbis have no connection to the Jewish tribes, because they are part of the thirteenth tribe that is not connected to the children of Israel. They are Khazars who appropriated Judaism and established Zionism, and they are behind every shameful act of the occupation.”

The op-ed asserts the PA libel alleging that a non-existent rabbi gave a religious ruling to poison Palestinian water. After PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas aired the libel in his speech to the EU Parliament on June 23,
PA TV host laments that Muslims haven’t contributed to humanity, but Jews, “the worst among men,” have Nobel Prizes, positions in banks, and made many “scientific, medical, and economic discoveries”
Source: Official PA TV Live, July 3, 2016
Official PA TV program Allah’s Messenger Muhammad, hosted by Professor of Quranic Studies at the University of Palestine in Gaza Imad Hamato
Official PA TV host Imad Hamato: “Unfortunately, we have learned to only depend on others. Therefore we have lost the spirit of creation, production, and creativity, and have become a kind of leftovers, and have lived at the expense of others. Let us say that if the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) or one of the other international institutions were to stop the aid to the Palestinian people, we would collapse and die of hunger the very next day. That is the situation. We are a lost nation, because we think that Islam is only ideas and words and positions. Only Friday sermons and sermons from the pulpit, without understanding the nature of life, the process of life, and the process of industry, and economy, and production, and existence . The Muslim needs to express his identity through what he gives to humanity. How can we be an example to humanity when we come to this world like blind men? We come while dependent on others. We do not give to humanity. Think about the Nobel Prize winners, and how many of them are Jews. Think about how many Jews there are in the world banks, the administration of universities, parliaments, what their part is in the scientific, medical, and economic discoveries. We as a nation have been defeated by the Jews in every field. And we say that they are the worst among men: ‘You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews’ [Quran, Surah 5:82, Sahih International]. This is not a fitting way to manage things.”
Fatah TV cartoon: Jews sided with satans to fight Muhammad and the Muslims

3 episodes of the Egyptian series The Raids of Prophet Muhammad'

Muslim man: "Prophet [Muhammad] agreed [that the Jews] would leave with their possessions, but not their weapons, so they would not fight with the [weapons] again."
Muslim boy: "So we drove them out without fighting. What a great victory...Praise and thanks to Allah..."
Satan 1: "We (i.e., Jews and satans) suffered a defeat from one of the soldiers of Allah, who we have no power over."
Satan 2: "What sort of soldier was it, my lord? I didn’t see any fighting in this raid."
Satan 1: "It was ‘fear’ (i.e., Allah's soldier) that defeated the Jews and caused them to leave their lands [in Medina] in shame and disgrace, and it's what prevented me from going down to make them fight... Yes, satan. Don’t you see that my hands are shaking [from ‘fear’]? ..."
Muslim man: "The Jews left while playing flutes and drums. How strange!"
Muslim boy: "They did not want to show their frustration over the defeat, [and behaved] as if they had won. May Allah humiliate them."

Abbas retracts water poisoning libel, "emphasizes that he did not intend to harm Judaism or its believers in general... [but] condemns the illegal actions and steps of [Israeli] and its settlers against the Palestinian people"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 25, 2016
Headline: "[PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas]: Palestine is the cradle of the three monotheistic religions, and we are not among those who harm any one of them"
"[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas rejected the Israeli accusations and declarations directed against him and against the Palestinian people, according to which he harmed Judaism, and condemned accusations against him of Antisemitism.
After it became clear that the reports that were published in many media outlets about the declarations of a rabbi regarding the poisoning of Palestinian wells were baseless, President Abbas - out of the deep respect he has for all religions, including Judaism - emphasizes that he did not intend to harm Judaism or its believers in general. However, at the same time he condemns the illegal actions and steps of the occupation authorities (i.e., Israel) and its settlers against the Palestinian people, including the incitement against him and against his rights."

Abbas repeats libel: Israeli rabbis demanded government poison water to kill the Palestinians
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, June 23, 2016

Official PA TV, special broadcast, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ speech to the EU Parliament

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas: “There is an issue that the Israelis are bringing up, and that is the issue of incitement. Despite the fact that the Israeli incitement does not stop, and the actions of the occupation (i.e., Israel) and the settlers do not stop… Just a week ago, some rabbis rose up in Israel and explicitly announced and demanded of their government that it poison the water in order to kill the Palestinians. Is this not clear incitement? Is this not clear incitement, whose goal is to carry out a mass murder of Palestinians? We are against incitement!”

The libel that rabbis called to poison the Palestinians’ water, which had been voiced by the PA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the PLO in the days prior to Abbas’ speech, did not appear in the written version of Abbas’ speech, which was publicized in the official PA daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 24, 2016. Apparently Abbas decided to add it in at the last moment.
PA Ministry of Religious Affairs accuses Israel of carrying out “blatant Jewish project” of “secret excavations” under the Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to “to topple the... Mosque and destroy it”
Source: Donia Al-Watan (independent Palestinian news agency), June 21, 2016
Headline: “The [PA] Ministry of Religious Affairs warns: The enemy (i.e., Israel) is conducting dangerous excavations underneath the Al-Aqsa Mosque”
“The [PA] Ministry of Religious Affairs warned of an intensification in the Israeli violations and operations that are taking place in the holy city (i.e., Jerusalem) and in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza, the last of which was a series of secret excavations that the occupation authorities (i.e., Israel) are conducting around and underneath the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza, as they have prevented all legal or media sources from getting involved in this matter and closed the entire targeted region to everyone... The ministry emphasized that the main goal behind this blatant Jewish project is to erase the characteristics of Jerusalem and to topple the Al-Aqsa Mosque and destroy it, so that the Israeli enemy will be able to assert before the entire world that the Al-Aqsa Mosque toppled on its own without any action [being taken], and in this way acquit itself of its despicable crime.”

Arab League condemns 'rabbinical' ruling calling on Jews to poison Palestinian water sources
Source: WAFA, official PA news agency, June 20, 2016
Headline: “The Arab League condemns the call of the rabbis to poison Palestinian drinking water”
“The Arab League strongly condemned the call of the chairman of the Council of Settlement Rabbis, Rabbi Shlomo Melamed (No such rabbi or body exists, see note, Ed.), which gives the settlers permission to poison the drinking water that sustains the Palestinian towns and villages throughout the occupied West Bank. The [Arab League] statement… placed full responsibility on Israel (the occupying force) [parentheses in source] for the ramifications of these religious rulings, which expose the Israeli policy of creating facts on the ground. This is in the shadow of the silence of the international community and its ignoring of the Israeli violations, which are committed each day against the Palestinians: daily executions, home demolitions, clearing and expropriating land, arrests and other serious violations.”

Note: This story has been denied by both the supposed source of the story, the Breaking the Silence group, and by a Rabbi Zalmen Melamed - there is no Rabbi Shlomo Melamed.
"The Jerusalem Post was unable to find evidence that either a Rabbi Shlomo Mlma or Mlmad, or the Council of Rabbis in West Bank settlements exist. There is a Council of Rabbis in Judea and Samaria, led by Yishai Babad. There is a Rabbi Zalman Melamed of Beit El… [who told CAMERA]: 'I did not say that and do not believe any rabbi would say something like that.' In addition, Breaking the Silence’s spokesman said he did not know of any testimony about poisoning water.” [The Jerusalem Post, June 20, 2016]
