Abbas’ advisor demonizes Judaism, claims Jews "prophesize" the Messiah will “kill everyone who is not a Jew”

Official PA TV, excerpt of Friday sermon by Supreme Shari’ah Judge, Mahmoud Abbas’ advisor on Religious and Islamic Affairs, and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Shari'ah Justice Mahmoud Al-Habbash at the mosque in the PA headquarters in Ramallah; in audience: PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Fatah Central Committee member and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen, PLO Executive Committee member Mahmoud Ismail, and Secretary-General of the PA Presidential Office Tayeb Abd Al-Rahim

Supreme Shari’ah Judge, Mahmoud Abbas’ advisor on Religious and Islamic Affairs, and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Shari'ah Justice Mahmoud Al-Habbash: "The [US] recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is a crime against humanity, a crime against Jesus... This is a crime against the Christians and against the Muslims - a crime against Jesus... and a crime against Muhammad... One of their [the Jews'] slogans today is about ''the King Messiah' - whose coming they prophesize. They prophesize and believe that when he comes he will kill – just imagine – he will kill everyone who is not a Jew (sic.). What kind of belief is this, which is based only on killing the other, negating the other, and the death of the other?"

The Jewish tradition does not teach that the Messiah will kill all non-Jews.
